Furnished in "rustic elegance", this townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 3 story unit.

The third floor has 2 bedrooms, one with King-size bed, the other with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a separate dressing area with a sink, sharing the tub and toilet area. There is a small view of the lake from this level. The middle floor has fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with TV, DVD and stereo. This level has 1/2 bath and an outside deck with a grill. The lower level bedroom has King-size bed with a full bath. Every bedroom has a TV.

There are 2 tennis courts, heated pool, hot tub, ping-pong and pool table at the clubhouse for you to enjoy as part of your stay. The townhouse is located less than 1/2 mile from the casinos, 1/3 mile from Nevada Beach at the lake and about 1 mile from the Heavenly Ski Gondola.
