The Serendipity apartment is a one bedroom, self efficiency apartment located on the lower level of a private villa on a ridge overlooking Provo's scenic North Shore.

We are located a +/- 10 minute walk from Babalua Beach which is on the West side of the entrance to Turtle Cove Marina. This beach is very quiet and offers several good snorkeling reefs just a few yards offshore. It is a +/- 20 minute walk to the Turtle Cove Marina area where there are several good restaurants, dive operators and other tourist services.

The apartment has air-conditioning in the bedroom and ceiling fans in both the bedroom and the main living area. The patio looks out on the reef and the beautiful turquoise waters of the North Shore. It is fully equipped with full-size refrigerator and stove plus all pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Basic linens, sheets towels, etc are also provided. All you need to bring is the food.

We are located about 3 KM from the nearest major supermarket and about 1 KM from the nearest restaurant and strip mall offering tourist services.

  • Bob and Carol were awesome! This place and they are hidden gems. You can walk down one side of the hill to the beach at turtle cove or the other side of the hill for food, car rentals, etc. Bob and Carol went out of their way to make us welcome, every arranging and accompanying us on a trip to North and Middle Caicos for a day while we were there and introducing us to 2 other couples with similar interests!

  • We had a fantastic time! The apartment was just what we were looking for. Between the solitude, the snorkeling and the sunshine it was a great spot. The week just flew by. Becky admitted that she got teary-eyed prior to our departure on Saturday. It was by far the most relaxing vacation we've experienced to date.   • We spent 1 week at Serendity in Feb 08 and spent a perfect vacation mainly because Bob & Carol took good care of us. They were always available to share good places to visit and even drive us someplaces with minimum charges. The condo was very nice and clean. I particularly appreciated relaxing in the hamac with the view of the ocean. Do not hesitate to go visit Bob & Carol, you will not regret it.

  • Bob & Carol are great hosts! They offer their hospitality, car tours, and even invite you for a glass of wine, if you behave:) The palce is clean, private, and located in the center between few beaches. You definitely need a car, but that's the best way to get to know the island anyway:) I highly recommend their Serendipity!!!! Natasha

  • We visited Provo in Jan ’07, and had a great time. Bob & Carol have a great place to stay- it’s centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, and they are great hosts! They took us on sight-seeing excursions and gave us all the info we needed for a great stay. We would highly recommend staying at Serendipity!

  • We just returned from a week in Turks and Caicos over the Christmas holiday 2006-2007. In Provo, we stayed at Serendipity. It is a great place with a full kitchen, a living area and a separate bedroom. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. From the patio, there is a spectacular view of the ocean, which I can never get tired of watching. A beach, snorkeling and Turtle Cove are just a short walk away. It’s nice to be in a place that gives you the option to cook at “home” or go out, which you can easily do at Serendipity. We had a wonderful time in Provo and at Serendipity thanks to Bob and Carol, the owners and hosts of Serendipity. They were terrific. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We barely had arrived that we felt like we were visiting old friends. Turks and Caicos is a great place and staying at Serendipity made our trip that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone! We will remember fondly our stay at Serendipity and hope to be back there again.

  • We just returned (Feb 2005) from our stay in Turks and Caicos at Serendipity with Bob and Carol...and the two dogs Bebe and Pud. We had a wonderful time; in addition to the enormous pleasures of the island--its snorkeling, beaches, sun, slowness...--our hosts were also terrific. From the very beginning of our stay they were tremendously helpful, making us feel at home, providing key insights and info about the island, and going out of their way to support us in our various activities and needs. Serendipity itself is an excellent, simple space. There is a large open kitchen/living room space, a smaller bedroom, ample closet space, a bathroom, and porch/patio overlooking the water. The place is very clean with plenty of towels, soap, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped so you will save lots of money cooking and preparing your own meals.   • We stayed at Serendipity for two weeks in February 2005. The accomodations are wonderful; very spacious and clean. The view from the terrace is awesome. One could sit and watch that aquamarine water and the reef all day! Bob and Carol are perfect hosts who go way beyond the expected. We were treated to many sightseeing trips to places we never would have discovered without them. Thank you so much Carol and Bob for your hospitality.
