This picture perfect beach home was newly constructed in 1999 and is located east of A1A (Ocean Drive) in the prestigious, security patrolled, development of Fort Lauderdale Beach Extension. You can't get much closer to the beach and, best of all, you will not deal with any traffic when walking to the beach! This home truly offers the best of both worlds: a stunning custom heated pool and the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean one block away. This home is extremely private and the rear yard offers a wonderful setting in which to entertain.
The home offers a fantastic open floor plan. The large master suite is furnished with a king size bed, two nightstands and a television with entertainment center. There are three sets of eight foot glass french doors which overlook and lead to the covered rear patio and pool area, offering complete, unobstructed views from inside all living, dining and kitchen areas of the home. The home is wired and supplied with speakers to play music throughout both inside and in the rear yard area. There is a walk-in laundry facility off the living room area.
