Accommodations:  House, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-8)

Our home is newly furnished, with two bedrooms (queen-size beds), den (pocket doors enclose room and couch converts to queen-size bed), 2 baths, private pool and 2,400 square feet. The couch in the family room also converts into queen-size bed, and a love seat in the master bedroom converts into a twin bed.

The house has plenty of beach needs to include .. chairs, coolers, floaties and towels. Two bikes are available as well. There are also plenty of hair dryers, bug spray and accessories you may not have thought about.

The Pelican Landing community is located west of US 41 in Bonita Springs, Florida. Bonita Springs is approximately 20 miles south of Fort Myers and 20 miles north of Naples. Interstate 75 is 10 minutes to the east and the Southwest Florida International Airport is a 20-minute drive to the north.

  • We stayed here at the perfect time. The weather was fantastic, the pool was perfection, and we were able to take in all of the immenities of the golf community, tennis, bike rides, and the many wonderful places to eat. With the information book kept by the owners everything was easy to get to by car. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and with our best friends along for the ride, we have already decided we will be going back next year! Thank you so much for a GREAT VACATION!

  • This place is a dream come true. Totally updated and furnished very well, complete comfort inside and out. Pelican Landing is in an ideal spot, completely convenient. You can go anywhere from Bonita to Fort Myers within 15 minutes. This home is an unbelievable value at only $5,000 per month. It is right on the golf course and they even have bikes in the garage. These owners have thought of everything! We had perfect weather and this pool is clean and awesome.
