This beautiful newly remodeled 2br 2.5 bath townhome is located across the street from the 11th hole of the Arnold Palmer golf course. The back yard looks out over a gorgeous multi-level lake. There are two common area pools that are very close. One is across the street with gorgeous views of the Santa Rosa mountains. The other is spectacular, built out onto the lake you feel like you are on a tropical Island.
The interior of the home is decorated with a Tommy Bahama theme in mind with plantation shutters, white washed cabinets,new appliances and granite counter tops. Both second story bedrooms look out over the lake. Even though you are surrounded by golf there are no golfer going by your door. The back yard has a very private feel. It is a great place for a barbeque or just relaxing after a long day of golf.
