Our studio was completely remodeled this fall! It has been carefully upgraded with quality materials and fixtures. You will enjoy one of the best views of the continental divide available at Iron Horse. The unit sleeps 4 guests comfortably on a newer Queen size Murphy bed mattress and a new queen sized sofa sleeper. It is very accommodating for three adults or two adults and two kids. It is located on the fourth floor of a garaged building. You will sleep 40 yards from the ski hill!
Newly installed features include a GIANT 42 inch wide screen LG LCD TV, wireless internet access, digital cable with 5 HBOs, solid bamboo floors, granite counters, high end faucets, stainless steel kitchen appliances (fridge w/ice maker, oven, range, microwave and dishwasher), granite gas fireplace, a new cozy micro-fiber sleeper sofa, mahogany dining set, coffee maker, toaster, blow dryer and an iron.
The Iron Horse Resort is Winter Park's original ski-in ski-out resort. Our building is connected to the ski hill by a 10 foot walking bridge. The development is surrounded by trees and has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Iron Horse is located a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the Winter Park Ski Resort base area. The base area offers common village services including a Starbucks!
Additionally, we have a ski shop in the building where you will store your own equipment, rent hard gear or buy soft gear. You can sit by the fire in the hotel lobby or have a meal and a drink at the onsite Jane Creek Bar and Grill!
