  What a wonderful place to spend your vacation. (Four adults 2 children) The accomodations are excellent, large, well kept, clean, well supplied, the renovated bathrooms are so nice, clean, modern relaxing and with white towels no less. Large good beach towels as well. Beds were comfortable, furniture was great and comfortable The beach activity supplies, boogie boards, mats, umbrellas etc. all available, bring your own tennis rackets. A concern we had was the location to the tennis courts (noise). No problem, the pool is also close but again no noise problems. The communal bbq is a blast and so close. We would definetly return to this condo, owners very good to work with and prompt in replying to queries. Location is excellent for Kamaole III beach as well as Kami II and shopping. Remember to hit Costco for the big shop but use restraint there is so much to see and eat. Ocean center is a must, road to Hana, lets just say we only made it half way......Fabiana's a great family place to eat and excellent food.

  We are a family of 6. This was our only grand daughter's first visit to Hawaii. We celebrated her one year old birthday in Honolulu. Her great grandmother was not able to make the trip from Maui so we planned a 3 night stay on Maui to visit her. I found this property through VRBO and made contact with the owner. The property was perfect for us. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything you needed was there from charcoal for the grilling, boogie boards for the ocean to wifi service for your laptops or Ipads. The location is also great. You are within a few feet from a beautiful beach and central to all of the sites that Maui offers. If you plan to visit Maui, I can guarantee you this vacation rental will be great for you.

  My family and I had a great time in Maui. Knowing that when we returned to the condo we were able to relax as if we were home. Very clean and certainly plenty of room. The concierge provided excellent dinner recommendations within walking distance of the condo. The deck closet was well equipped for the beach adventure. As for the kitchen anything you would need was provided. Location, location, location! The owner was a pleasure to work with.

  My family absolutely loved this unit. It was CLEAN, had lots of space and we cannot wait to return next year. Completely updated bathrooms, almost a hotel like feeling. The touches like the quality bedding and towels were really appreciated. It really felt like home. This unit has everything you need for a terrific holiday, fully loaded kitchen and lots of beach items like boogie boards.The view from the lanai is great. The location of the Hale Kamaole is perfect - close to beaches, restaurants and located on the sunny side of the island!

  We loved your condo! It worked out really well for our family. We took alot of recommendations on restaurants, etc from your book. We loved Sansei, Nick's Fishmarket and Ferraro's ~ amazing! It was a truly memorable vacation.

  We loved the location of this home as well as the fact that it was clean with tons of space. The complex is well-maintained and the staff very friendly. We walked to most places... dinner, tidepools, beaches all the way to Wailea. This is a great condo and we had a great time.

  I just wanted to let you know that our trip was awesome. Everything went as we had hoped and your condo was all that we had hoped it would be. It was comfortable and clean. The beds were so comfortable and everything was as it should be. The storage space on the deck with all the water toys was a bonus. The whole complex is so nice and so family oriented. Although I do not have young children or grandchildren I realized how easy it would be to take them to Hale Kamaole. Your unit is definately great for a family. The staff there is great. We have decided to return and will definately be contacting you to rent your condo again.

  We had a great time. Your location was terrific, making it so easy to beach it at Kam III. Most days we spent the morning at Kam III, headed back to the condo for lunch, and then did one expedition or other in the afternoon. The layout of the condo was excellent for our family, one boy in the loft, one boy in the second bedroom, and a bedroom for us. We thought that the condo matched the description on the website, and we'd definitely stay with you again.

  Our family really enjoyed staying here at Hale Kamaole. Sitting on the lanai with our morning coffee was so relaxing. The set up is wonderful and the beds were especially comfy. Next trip back, we'll be looking here first.

  This was our first Maui condo experience! We loved it! Everything was wonderful and well equipped. We appreciated the attention to small details - the coolers for picnics, beach mats for the beach, the blender for our smoothies, the loft shoji screens for privacy, and the overall meticulous upkeep. We still miss waking up to the singing birds, the morning dip in the pool, and the afternoon trade winds. Oh to be back there again!! We highly recommend! Dennis and Sylvia August 2008

Price is based on 4-person occupancy. For each additional person (over age 10), add $10 per night. There is a six person maximum per stay.

Check-in time: 3:00 pm

Check-out time: 11:00 am

50% of payment due upon reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations: Full refund if canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival. All other refunds subject to owner's ability to fill vacancy.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

All rates subject to 4.166% State Excise Tax and 9.25% State Hotel Room Tax in U.S. funds.

Cleaning fee of $175 is waived for those staying at least six nights.
