Our condo at Hale Kamaole is a very well-maintained, spacious condo located right across the street from Kamaole III Beach, one of south Maui's best beaches.
Our condo is a 2 bedroom + loft unit. It sits on the top floor, which means no noise from any guests above you. It is also located on the South side of the complex, which means that you walk up a few stairs to the unit rather than having to take an elevator. The condo has a vaulted cathedral-like ceiling, which provides for great natural light and a spacious airy feel. There is a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, a queen bed in the loft, and a king bed in the upstairs master bedroom. There are two full bathroooms -- one downstairs and one upstairs. The condo's private lanai has wonderful views of both the ocean and the mountains.
Our goal is to exceed our guests' expectations for a condo at our price point. To that end, we continually update and improve the interior and put a great deal of thought and care into the amenities we purchase. In Fall 2010, we remodeled both bathrooms in a clean, modern style, and installed new tile floors in the entryway and kitchen. In 2009, we re-painted the condo's interior and added new artwork. In 2008, we purchased all new audio/video equipment (including HDTV programming). And in 2007, we installed high-end carpet, recovered all interior furniture in warm earth tones, and purchased new commercial-grade patio furniture. We believe that ours is among the best maintained and nicely furnished units in the Hale Kamaole complex.
The Hale Kamaole complex offers free high-speed Internet, two newly renovated pools, a large landscaped lawn, eight barbecue grills and a tennis court. It is located at the southern end of Kihei, just two miles from the Shops at Wailea, 15 minutes from four local golf courses, and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Kamaole III beach (across the street) is an excellent place for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, body surfing, enjoying sunsets and whale watching. We loved your condo! It worked out really well for our family. We took alot of recommendations on restaurants, etc from your book. We loved Sansei, Nick's Fishmarket and Ferraro's ~ amazing! It was a truly memorable vacation.

We loved the location of this home as well as the fact that it was clean with tons of space. The complex is well-maintained and the staff very friendly. We walked to most places... dinner, tidepools, beaches all the way to Wailea. This is a great condo and we had a great time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I just wanted to let you know that our trip was awesome. Everything went as we had hoped and your condo was all that we had hoped it would be. It was comfortable and clean. The beds were so comfortable and everything was as it should be. The storage space on the deck with all the water toys was a bonus. The whole complex is so nice and so family oriented. Although I do not have young children or grandchildren I realized how easy it would be to take them to Hale Kamaole. Your unit is definately great for a family. The staff there is great. We have decided to return and will definately be contacting you to rent your condo again.

We had a great time. Your location was terrific, making it so easy to beach it at Kam III. Most days we spent the morning at Kam III, headed back to the condo for lunch, and then did one expedition or other in the afternoon. The layout of the condo was excellent for our family, one boy in the loft, one boy in the second bedroom, and a bedroom for us. We thought that the condo matched the description on the website, and we'd definitely stay with you again.

Our family really enjoyed staying here at Hale Kamaole. Sitting on the lanai with our morning coffee was so relaxing. The set up is wonderful and the beds were especially comfy. Next trip back, we'll be looking here first.

This was our first Maui condo experience! We loved it! Everything was wonderful and well equipped. We appreciated the attention to small details - the coolers for picnics, beach mats for the beach, the blender for our smoothies, the loft shoji screens for privacy, and the overall meticulous upkeep. We still miss waking up to the singing birds, the morning dip in the pool, and the afternoon trade winds. Oh to be back there again!! We highly recommend! Dennis and Sylvia August 2008

What a wonderful 12 day vacation we had at your Maui Condo. My husband and I had such a wonderful time, along with our two girls, ages 13 and 14. We loved sitting on the Lanai watching the sunset, and BBQing with many other Condo vacationers at the complex was lots of fun. We thank you for your wonderful Website, we copied it at home and brought it with us, using it often on our journeys. We are fresh back from Maui, all tan and relaxed, however, we are missing it already and ready to go back. And when we do, we will definitely be staying at Michelle's condo. This was the best vacation ever and having a place so comfortable and clean as this condo was made the trip even better. the beds were very comfy, the view impeccable, the accessibility to everything was perfect and having all the comforts of home, priceless. I recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys perfect sunsets, beautiful sun rises and who want to relax and completely forget the world around them. Thank you so much for letting us stay there. You can expect us again and again.
