The Non-Smoking 1 bedroom condo features a king-size bed with newer mattress and boxspring, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area. An open lanai overlooks an estuary where heron, osprey, spoonbill, and other wildlife abound, as well as affords a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. After spending a day beach side, enjoy a spectacular sunset from the comfort of the lanai. There are flowering plants, palm trees, and a fountain on beautifully maintained, spacious grounds. Clay tennis courts, lounge chairs, barbecue grills, and picnic/game tables are available for your enjoyment.
Shopping, restaurants, movie rentals, a marina, and an executive golf course are located across the street. Lovers Key National Park is minutes away. The Everglades is a short drive, as are a myriad of golf courses. No car? Don't want to hassle with traffic/parking? Take the island trolley north and you will find many unique shops, and a wide variety of restaurants and lounges, many featuring live music.
