Relaxing by the Pool
VRBO Bear stayed here - 01/06/2009 Ah, beautiful Arizona! If you plan on taking a trip to this great state, then you’ve found the perfect house to make your stay even more enjoyable. This little bear family was welcomed into the home before we even arrived. We were greeted at the door to help make our stay a wonderful one and enjoyed the fresh basket of fruit that was left for us.
The house was so inviting that we experienced the comforts of home in every room. This little bear family was so used to being in the woods that we felt like we were in paradise while staying here. The backyard was truly heavenly with the beautiful pool, waterfall, tiki lights, and tropical flowers. We especially liked the hot tub that was overlooking the pond. The tropical-themed house made not only the outside feel like paradise, but the inside as well. The spacious master bedroom/bathroom was a delight to stay in and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waterfall and the birds serenading us. The whole house was very spacious with plenty of room for our whole family.
There is so much to do here that you could never get bored. You can shop ‘til you drop with the Chandler Mall just minutes away, visit the train museum with the kids or go to the Botanical Gardens. If you’re visiting Arizona for the first time or have been here numerous times before, then you’ve found your “home away from home.”

Additionally, this is a perfect house for entertaining, but since sound carries over the lake, no outside "entertaining" is allowed after 10pm. Please respect the neighbors need to sleep at night. - Pet Friendly: Crated pets are welcome, and a gated dog run is available on the side yard for exercise. The rest of yard is not fenced. We have bamboo and travertine flooring that would be permanently damaged inside, and lush landscaping to protect. We love animals too, but please respect these limits.
- Kid Friendly: Great cul-DE-sac and greenbelt location for kid fun, and trees to climb! Bring LOTS of bread to feed the ducks and fish! No barrier between house, pool and lake. Water safe kids only.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Responsible, discreet guests. Please respect the neighbors.

The Unique Benefits at this House
The house is situated so that you can see views of the lake from almost every room in the house! It is just a short walk to MANY wonderful dining, shopping and eating establishments. There are beautiful walking trails all along the meandering waterways connecting the lake. Driving to sight-seeing destinations and golf courses is a breeze! The house is conveniently situated off of the 101 loop freeway and Ray Rd in Chandler.

Thank you for your desire to stay at our wonderful tropical retreat! My entire life growing up in Arizona, I dreamed of living on the water somewhere tropical! This waterfront house gave me the perfect opportunity to stay in Arizona close to family as I raised my daughter, but to create a different tropical destination to escape to with each room! My dream came true when I was given a temporary work assignment in Maui, Hawaii! While I am away, you get to appreciate my island charm home, but with the beautiful warm and dry Arizona weather! My career is in the hospitality travel industry, and I have seen to it that your stay will be most comfortable with all the amenities you would expect to have a revitalizing and relaxing vacation.
