This new home was built by Johnny and Christy Jones of Custom Homes by C.J. Jones, Inc. who decided to take their love of building and construct a vacation home at their favorite vacation spot on Lake Gaston. There is nothing better than spending time with family members while capturing the tranquility of the lake. There is ample parking available for large family gathering.
This home accommodates people of all ages with a handicap-friendly bathroom, elevator, private bedrooms with bathrooms (over looking the lake), and a bunk room for movies and games! The gathering room connects to a large kitchen and dining room which looks out over the lake, and is convenient to a large walk-out covered deck. When the sun goes down on the lake, the basement is full of fun with a bar area, televison, ping-pong table and a confection microwave to pop your popcorn!
The boat house will accommodate two boats and a few sea-doo’s. As guests relax on the deck and swim in the lake they may be entertained by the tubing, skiing and wake boarding. Public boat ramp, gas station, and general stores are 5 minutes down the road. This home is located 10 minutes from a large grocery store, bank, drug store, restaurants, market, gift shops, churches, marina’s, spa, ranches, and golf courses.
You are 20 minutes from South Hill, and 30 minutes from Roanoke Rapids, the home of the new Randy Parton Theater. Linens and towels will be provided, so pack your family and friends and bring the toys for the lake is waiting for you!
