Also, we've continued upgrading the villa and now have new hardwood floors, a brand new HVAC system, large TV in every room, fresh paint throughout, a Pack N Play, Stroller, and High Chair. The best part, though, is that you have a dreamy-soft mattress for restful sleeping...zzzzzzz...with two TVs in the Master Bedroom! Are you looking for more than one villa? If you are a demanding vacationer, you will absolutely love our beachhouse, which is named "IsleBBack". Upon entering the front door of this stunning home, your first inclination will be “WOW!” We know you demand more and we guarantee you will get it with this villa. There is no need to take a chance, be concerned, or settle for ordinary when you can have extraordinary! Once you see our cottage by the sea, you will love it and feel right at home.

This clean and modern villa is well maintained, has a TV in every room, and includes fast (7 Mb/sec) and free wireless internet access. The single story property with granite countertops, hardwood, and vaulted, beamed ceilings is in the closest Queens Grant cluster to the beach (500 yards) and has many new furnishings. It is a beautifully designed, upscale 1100 square foot vacation paradise. Complete with a spacious living area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, towels, and all the comforts of home. There is also tennis across the street at the nationally recognized Palmetto Dune Tennis Center (100 yards away).
There are two bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms: The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, brand new private bath (with walk-in shower access for our senior guests), TV, night stand, dresser with mirror, large closet, and sliding glass door to the patio garden. The Guest bedroom has two beds (one twin, one double), TV, night stand, and another large closet. Plus, the hall bath has just been beautifully remodeled and includes a large tub, which is perfect for a relaxing soak.
The freshly painted living room has a large flatscreen TV (with cable), AIWA stereo with iPod connection (bring your music!), DVD player, VCR, many games and movies, and a queen size sleeper sofa. The new dining area seats six. Two sliding glass doors (one from the living area, one from the Master Bedroom) exit onto your private patio, complete with a table, chairs for everyone. The living area has a matching sofa and loveseat. The bedroom areas can be closed off from the living area – great for extra privacy and for families traveling with small children.
Five pools with grilling area are available for use and Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center is 30 seconds away by foot. This villa is also just a short distance- a 5 minute stroll- from the beach and the Dunes House (which has shower and bathroom facilities and is the most popular wedding site on the island).
Alexander’s restaurant and the general store are less 100 yards away, Marriott is 3-4 minutes. Head to Shelter Cove for the Tuesday night fireworks in season. Travel the many bike paths which take you throughout the plantation and beyond!
Also included: the free “Dunes Buggy” shuttle service that runs March 21st – September 10th and usually during Thanksgiving to New Years holidays. This quick, no hassle service whisks you to the Disney & Dunes House beachfront centers (Palmetto Dunes private beach access, grill, restrooms, etc), Shelter Cove Harbor, Shelter Cove Shopping Mall & Plaza (Saks, etc.), Piggly Wiggly grocery store, TJ Maxx, Fuddruckers and now the Plantation Center featuring many other, popular restaurants. Just call for a quick pick up right from your front door!
Private entrance, close to parking, single story access…just walk right in and you're home! Beautifully landscaped grounds with Palmetto trees and moss draped, live oaks everywhere. Our guests enjoy private access to miles of white sandy beach, plus all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer; three award winning golf courses, 25 tennis courts, the Island's deepest yacht basin and marina, an eleven mile lagoon system, 6 miles of bike paths, a cultural arts center, two renowned beachfront hotel resorts and their amenities (Hilton & Marriott), 21 restaurants, Shelter Cove Shopping Mall, and much more. It was a joy to vacation in such a beautiful setting complete with all the comforts of home. We were a 3 generation group and were all more than comfortable. The location is great...the 2.5 year old was able to make the walk to the beach carrying the "sun tent" herself and the 2 pools we tried were convenient, clean and uncrowded. Kitchen was well-furnished and the "starter" supplies were most thoughtful. I agree that the high chair could be updated and either a recycling container or an extra trash can could be useful. Our questions to the owners were answered quickly and completely and our security deposit was returned swiftly. We are most delighted with our time at Isle Be Back and we look forward to going back often. BTW, don't miss renting bikes as the owners suggest...kids and grandkids and grandpa all loved the rides!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! It is in a great location within walking distance to the beach. The condo is very spacious and in excellent condition. We had access to tennis courts, pools and shopping as well. What a great way to spend a wonderful weekend with great friends. We will be back for sure!

Cute place, very short walk to the beach (5 min). Great for a family with 1 or 2 kids. Very close to Palmetto Dunes entrance which was convenient. We used a couple of the pools and they were never crowded which was nice. It was great to have the baby items available. We had to call the owners to ask a few questions and they were readily available and helpful. Some suggestions: the high chair, although, we used it every day, could use to be updated. Cans for recycling would be nice. The refrigerator was missing a handle.

We have got a very nice time on Hilton head and in the house of Jake and Kristy. Every thing was very easy, the reservation, the keybox and to find the general store, the beach etc..The house is clean and has all you need. Palmetto Dunes is a nice place under big oaks. We liked it very much. Best regards from Switzerland.

This villa was exceptional! Very attractive and well kept. The beds were very comfortable, and kitchen had everything that we needed to cook many meals in comfort. We stayed for a week, and had a wonderful time. The villa was in a great location, with a quaint general store close by , immediate access to super biking paths, pools close by, and of course the beach just a few min walk or even less riding a bike. Also, great info included in a binder there for us to use about activities, dining, and navigating the island. They even had a running path mapped out for us which was great! We highly recommend this as a vacation spot.The owners made rental very easy, all written info was promptly sent, including tips of a pleasant stay, maps of the island, bike rental info, etc. We were very pleased.

This villa is perfect for a family with 2 kids. It is a single story, with noone above or below. It is a ten minute walk to the beach and even closer to the general store. We loved getting the paper and fresh coffee each morning. The villa is free of a lot of clutter, a key when you have 2 little kids. The kitchen is large enough, and 2 baths as well. We would definitely consider renting again from Jake and Kristy.

We want to thank you for letting us stay in your villa. The check-in process was really easy and the check list for check-out was great for making sure that everything was left as expected. The condition of the unit was very good but the patio furniture could be updated for those times that you just want to sit and just relax. Other than that, everything was great! Thank You again!

This is a great little condo close to everything & easy to access. Our young family of 4 spent the week here & loved it! The beds are very comfortable & the kitchen is nice. The appliances all worked great! We really enjoyed the space & our time at 501 Queens Grant!
