Highly recommend this property to families wanting to park their car and not return to it until their vacation is over. Easy walk to gondola, even in ski boots, holding skis. Ski back within 50 yards or less of condo via 4 o'clock and gondola parking lot run. Particularly convenient to Peak 7 (1st gondola stop) where we found the best blue runs. Came back for lunch everyday, then went back for more skiing. Owner's description is accurate, lots of blankets and linens and pillows available. Save $$ by eating in, kitchen had all the dishes/pots/measuring utensils we needed. Large hot tub on property. We didn't walk into town for anything, though we could have. Condo was quiet, well maintained. Parking is underneath the condo so jumping kids are not disturbing anyone below. We were able to get 6 people through consecutive 5 minute hot showers. Lots of videos and game system available to entertain kids (probably my youngest children's favorite part!) We would absolutely recommend this condo to friends and will stay again.

This condo was perfect for our group of 6 who wanted to do different things around Breckenridge. For those of us who ski, it was only a block to the free Gondola which takes you up to peaks 7 and 8. When we were done, we were able to ski the 4 O'clock run down to within a block south of the condo or we could take the gondola back down. For those of us who wanted to explore the town of Breckenridge and do some shopping, it was a quick 1 block walk down to Main St where most of the shops/bars/restaurants are. The condo itself was in great shape and included everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The covered parking garage was an added bonus and it was super easy to get from the parking to the condo via the very quick elevator or stairs. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a well-maintained, comfortable stay in Breckenridge.

Great location with 1block walk to Main Street, close walk to Gondola and shortest walk to bus for Peaks 7 & 8. Bus was very convenient. Condo was quiet, clean, and nicely furnished. Owner's were very accomodating and willing to assist with any questions. We had a great stay and would come back to this Condo.

The condo had everything we needed and more. The owners even provided some condiments and that made cooking easy. Located right at the busstop and you were able to ski all the way home. Walking distance to town for a dinner also perfect. We had a great christmas and awsome skiing.

This condo is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the town and the new ski gondola. You could easily park your car in the covered parking lot and leave it there for your stay. There is a heated pool and spa on site. The owners were very helpful and have created a welcoming environment. They have provided a guide to Breckenridge (along with some restaurant menus) to help you find just the right place to eat or play. The 1 story condo looks recently remodeled and the upgrades definitely make it feel like your own home rather than a rental property. The rooms were comfortable and clean and large enough to stretch out. The bedrooms are at the opposite ends of the unit which make it easier if you have children or others with varying schedules. All the linens and kitchenwares look new and were quite nice. I was there during the summer and to sit on the patio and watch the sunset over the mountain was breathtaking.

Dear Cheryl & Mike, We really enjoyed our stay at your condo during spring break. The place is very warm and inviting. The location was great for us to pick up a shuttle within a few steps of the door and ski back within a block. We hardly needed a car since it is an easy walk to the downtown area. The hot tub was a plus after a long day of skiing. Thanks again and we will be in touch regarding next year for sure! Brad & Joan Kozie Lake Barrington, Il.

We stayed here last March for skiing and this place was perfect. Very clean, cabin like decor and the outdoor hot tub for end of day aches. It is literally a 100 ft. walk to a lift shuttle or a block walk to a gondola. We were able to ski down within a block of the condo. It is also a short walk to town for restaurants and shops. Just a great location and affordable. We will be back! We love your condo Mike and Cheryl! Brad, Joan & Troy Lake Barrington, Illinois

Very nice condo. Did not feel like a rental, but like you were staying in someones vacation home. This condo is so convenient. You can walk a block to Main street or walk less than a block to the new Gondola. It has lots of bedding options & they are comfy, high quality mattresses. Plenty of closet space. Shower had good water pressure. The owners were very friendly & accommodating. The provided helpful information & were easy to get a hold of. We plan to come back. We invited a few couples over for dinner & they wanted bring their families back to Breckenridge & stay at this condo next time & not the ski resort they were staying at.

Great Breckenridge vacation!! Our family of 6 adults enjoyed staying at Michael and Cheryl's condo from March 15 - 23, 2008. The condo is a short walk to the gondola (5 minutes) and the skiway run off the 4 o'clock trail can be used to ski home, it ends at the next set of condos, about 50 yards away. The location is great!! We appreciated the large dining table where our family of 6 could gather. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms nicely decorated in a western mountain theme. We liked the convenience of the gas fireplace instead of carrying wood up to the condo for a fire. We will definately consider renting again. The owners were very responsive and easy to rent from. Thank you Michael and Cheryl for sharing your mountain retreat with us.

A wonderful condo, in a great location, newly renovated, very warm and cozy. The kitchen is especially nice with new countertops and cabinets. There is plenty of sleeping place with lots of extra blankets and pillows. The location is perfect - walk to the Gondola and ski down at the end of the day or even just for lunch. Highly recommended.

Stayed here 12/25/07-1/5/08 and had a great time. Excellent location 1 block from dining and shops on Main St. About a block from the Gondola which we could ski to when there was fresh snow. Ski home via the skiway to the complex next door...or all the way home with fresh snow. Condo was in very nice shape with plenty of room for our family of 4.
