This one bedroom condo is beautiful,very well maintained, decorated, and appointed. Superior condominium with great view of ocean and surf and harbor. North Coast Village is situated directly on the beach between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier. Many sightseeing opportunities in both Los Angeles and San Diego areas are within easy driving distance.
Comfortable furniture includes a king-size bed, sofa bed, built in dining benches, expanded kitchen storage, and custom closets and cabinets. Beautifully appointed and decorated. Very comfortable and warm atmosphere. 540-thread count sheets. Beautifully landscaped two minute walk to beach through our gated grounds, not even a street to cross.

The greatest benefit is that this beach condo provides a nearby space that the owner's family can spread out and call home. The grandchildren and children look forward to their beach time and family time every year and the grandparents delight in giving it to them, and being able to share their place with other guests. The owners are former military and have a special place in their hearts for soldiers deploying and their families, as a result we offer a generous discount to our active military guests from nearby Camp Pendleton in this beach condo.

The owners of this great beach condo asked us to manage their place because their last agent ran off with the money from their rentals- seriously! We are licensed in the state of CA (if you rent from an agency make sure they are), and I am also an owner at North Coast Village. I got into management because other owners asked me too, and because as a frequent guest in vacation rentals with my family (not the cat though) I knew I could deliver a BETTER experience for both owners and GUESTS like you. Everyone who works with me is a friend, and they treat you the same way they would want to be treated.
