Fun at the Beach!

My family and I rented this house for a month this past summer and just had a blast. The house is right on the water with a nice sandy beach that gets very little traffic. Mid-week we felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves and on weekends there was just the other homeowners.. At low tide we could walk for well over a mile and only at the highest of tides did the surf come close to the house and that was only for a short time. The house is great. The place is roomy so we could spread out, get comfortable, and had everything we needed. The listing description was accurate, the photos were right on, and the house is well maintained. The owner went out of his way to be helpful. I will definitely recommend this house to friend's.

We had so much fun at this house. Me, my kids and their friends just spread out and enjoyed ourselves in this wide open, right on the water home. We spent a month here and enjoyed every minute!

We spent a week at Warren's beautiful beach house and had a wonderful time. The house is fantastic and is extremely comfortable. It is nicely furnished and has a large kitchen from which you can see the endless ocean. We really enjoyed seeing the dolphins go by every day, and saw two sea lions as well. It is centrally located so anyplace you want to go is easily accesible. The master bedroom is where I stayed and it is on its own floor. It has a spacious bathroom with sauna over looking the ocean. On the private balcony you can enjoy the heated jaccuzzi as you watch the abundant sea life passing by. Warren was great to deal with and was very flexible. I would recommend this gem on the sea to anyone and plan to go back next year.

Wow! What a wonderful experience. A spacious beach house overlooking the Pacifc with all the amenities of home. During breakfast my wife and I watched dolphins dancing on the waves. The time we spent here was like refreshing shower for our minds relesing us from the stress of the outside world. The owners could not be nicer or more accomodating!

I will keep my review short. The house is stunning. Really, stunning!! The location is unbeatable. Warren is a wonderful person who genuinely cares that you'll spend a quality time at the house. I've stayed at the house in November for a very special and personal occasion. Everything exceeded my greatest expectations. If you are looking for a romantic stay in Malibu, I personally believe this house is the best deal out there. Thank you Warren.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. We went kayaking one day and we were able to paddle a few inches away from dolphins. It was a once in a life time experience that will stay with my family forever! The house was spacious and directly on the beach. We literally walked out the back door and the beach was there! Barely anyone was on the beach, so it was almost as if we had the beach all to ourselves. This is the perfect house on a perfect beach, which made for a perfect vacation!

I was living the dream, when I rented this beach house. The beach is stunning. I don’t think I ever saw a gloomy day. My favorite part of the house was the patio looking over the water. I am at a loss for words as to how beautiful it was. Also, I think almost everyday I saw dolphins swim by the house. It was so cool. By the way, the owner is a pleasure to work with. He is very caring, and always available. My friends and I had the time of our lives for that weekend.
