My girlfriend and I stayed at La Perla 203 for 4 nights and had an absolutely remarkable vacation. I've been going down to Los Cabos for the last 20 years, but this was one of the best trips I've ever had. Casa Del Mar is breathtakingly beautiful, and La Perla 203 has everything a couple on a romantic getaway would need. Our visit was during the middle of March, and while we saw more than a handful of spring breakers at the airport, they were nowhere to be found at this resort. Sipping on margaritas by the pool and drinking Coronas on the beach couldn't have been more peaceful. If you want to go enjoy the nightlife, however, Cabo San Lucas is a relatively short drive/cab ride down the corridor. San Jose del Cabo, home to a more relaxed and authentic experience, is just down the road. There's no question that our peace of mind was enhanced by Casey's hospitality. She was responsive and helpful from the moment I first reached out to her about availability, and I couldn't imagine dealing with a more pleasant owner. I can't wait to stay here again!

Outstanding Condo

In 14 years my husband and I have been all over Mexico (including Cabo) 16 times....this is by far our favorite. It was a wonderful combination of Casey's beautiful condo and the beautiful resort of Casa Del Mar. As others have stated, the condo has everything you need to feel at home during your stay. I have rented from VRBO before, and this was my by far my best experience, Casey made everything so easy. As far as the resort goes, if your looking for a Cabo party atmosphere, this is not the place for you. If your looking for a relaxing peaceful week away from your crazy life, then you will love it here as much as we did. Thanks you Casey and Mike for opening your home to us, we'll be back.

I honestly must have checked out every condo/hotel online before deciding to rent from Casey and I made the absolute best choice possible. Casey is so easy to work with and truly goes out of her way to give you little tips on what to do etc. The condo had SO many things that we could have packed 1/2 as much (maybe 15 bottles of sun screen...lol, and the kitchen has every spice you could think of) The kitchen has enough place settings etc to serve a small wedding party !! The condo is spotless and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect (great ocean view as well as the pool) The spa and main building/restaurant/bar are in the building directy next to you. We went into town to the Marina and bought some fish when the boats came in (around 2pm). We took it down to the beach club restaurant that nite. The chef cooked it for us and put together 2 fabulous plates along with rice, veggies and assorted dipping sauces for the fish. It was undoubtedly one of the best meals ever. I can't even say enough nice things about the staff. EVERYONE there goes out of their way to help you. You are close enough to everything (restaurants, shopping) yet just far enough away when you want quiet. The beach is amazing, very wide & spotless but yes, the waves were a little strong although there were people swimming while we were there. FYI....we had a little internet trouble also......difficult inside the condo but worked just fine on the patio and of course in the lobby (which is steps away). We were able to connect for free also. I highly recommend Casey and her condo....a true joy to work with and a perfect vacation.

We stayed in La Perla Dec/11...We have been renting through VRBO for 10 yrs. and Casey has been by far the best person yet that we've rented through. You can tell that she loves her condo as well as Cabo...Everything you read on the website is accurate... the condo was clean, quiet, lovely walking beach (not swimmable, right in front), beautiful pools... We loved waking up to the sunrise through our bedroom window and listening to the ocean while we slept...Casa del Mar is 10 mins from either town and very close to all of the golf courses (and they are amazing)! It was sunny and between 25-30 degrees everyday, Cabo on average get 5 days of rain a year... truly a golfer's paradise!! We did have some trouble connecting to wireless internet (the wireless connections weren't always strong and we couldn't always connect when we wanted to)...we tried to pay for internet but they said it wasn't for condo users...but you can sit in the lobby with your laptop and connect... We would stay here again and we will recommend it to anyone asking re: accomodations in Cabo.. Thanks for sharing your condo Casey:)

Casey was a delight to work with! Wonderful recommendations and tips on the area. The condo was beautiful and felt like home. It had everything we could want or need. We traveled with our 2 girls and they loved the pool which was right outside the condo. Definitely take a stroll on the beach at night and watch the stars. The resort was very clean and quiet. This is the place you want if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.

Thank-you Casey for sharing your beautiful condo with us.Casa Del Mar is the most beautiful,serene,imaculate,peaceful resort we have ever stayed in.The saline pools were amazing as well as the saline spas. The beach area sooo very clean and we so enjoyed our morning beach walks.The condo is beautiful,and the view to the ocean totally awesome.I would of loved to stay a month and enjoy the beauty of the condo, Casa del Mar, Cabo, and the Mexican lifestlyle. We did rent a car very cheap,had a fantastic beach massage, down the beach abit 1 hour fourty dollars ........soooo wonderful and ate fantastic shrimp tacos fron taco truck by casa del mar. We've Found Paradise!

We just returned from vacation at condo and have to tell you, the trip exceeded our expectations by a mile. We've been to Florida, California, Mexico, Puerto Rico... you name it and this place beats 'em all. Beaches were pristine. Weather was perfect. Water was emerald green and clear. Hotel grounds were manicured. Rented car and went to area hot spots... lots of fun. Casey couldn't be more helpful as an owner. Let me be honest, I've never taken the time to leave a message about ANY place I've stayed at... and I can't tell you how great of a vacation it was. Hope we find the time to come back. Dr. Chuck

Honeymoon Destination - very romantic!!!

My husband and I stayed at La Perla on our honeymoon and it was fantastic! Casey gave us all sorts of good tips for traveling like stopping off at the Mega Foods store to get supplies and renting a very inexpensive car. We cooked almost every meal (except for my birthday dinner) in the well stocked condo. The atmosphere is wonderful, the resort scenery is FIVE-STAR AMAZING and the couple have done an excellent job making the condo feel like a home. If you like to plan an inexpensive vacation this is the place to be; the couple has a fully stocked beach closet with anything/everything you need without the expense. (movies, snorkel gear, towels, chairs, floaties, etc.) My husband is much of a traveler but he can't wait to plan our next visit and we felt very safe!

Gorgeous Condo at a Great Resort

My wife and I had REALLY relaxing time in Cabo thanks to the amenities and location of the condo. The grounds at the resort were pristine and the condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The owners gave us access to beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler and beach towels...we spent much of our time on the beach. The meals and drinks we had at the resort we top notch and reasonably priced, considering the location, service and reliable owners we are already thinking about when we can make it back to your place! Thanks Casey!

Property was amazing! It included all the ammenities and then some. There was a cooler to pack a lunch, beach towels, a blender, and the amazing outdoor jacuzzi. We enjoyed the large lanai and great views of the beach, sunset and night sky. Everything was immaculate and the property was breath taking. We enjoyed days by the pool and swim up bar. The hotel staff took good care of us. I would love to go back ASAP. Thank you Casey you made our trip one to remember. :)

I have stayed at Casa Del Mar before, however I found this condo to be very comfortable with a great view. It was in a beautiful area that overlooked the pool. The owners were wonderful and accommodating. I had an emergency situation and the owner was happy to assist me with this situation. I found that the owners were very warm and made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this condo for its location, layout, decor and the owners were always available for any questions.

We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to come back again. Best vacation ever!! We ate dinner on the beach one evening and watched the sunset, it was such a great experience to have dinner with our shoes off and toes in the sand. The condo was steps away from the beach, at night we left the doors open and listened to the waves hit the beach. We really enjoyed it, thank you for sharing your home.

First, the owners are exceptionally easy to deal with and super friendly. Booking this property was a breeze. As for the condo itself, it is ideally situated and exceptionally well stocked. From beach chairs and towels to movies and cooking spices, we felt like we were at home. The condo is nicely appointed, has a great lanai and you can see and hear the ocean. You are literally steps to the ocean or to one of two fantastic pools. The hotel on the property is 5 star and having access to these amentities is a very nice bonus. We rented a car and loved being exactly in the middle of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo -- ideal location, ideal weather and fantastic condo.

Thank you, Casey, for the fabulous condo you provided us during our vacation to Cabo! Your place is so roomy and inviting - perfect for a 'home away from home' on vacation. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful - meaning a relaxing and private trip for us. We were so surprised at how few people were there. We had many long walks on the beach to ourselves. More than we could have ever imagined! From the time we booked our trip through our entire stay the whole trip was positive. Casey Johnson's place at Casa Del Mar was perfect for us. It was clean, very well decorated and had all the amenties we wanted. She was a fabulous "hostess". All we had to do was get up every morning and walk on the best beach in San Jose Del Cabo.
