The 2450 sq ft. living space has four large bedrooms with a master suite upstairs and a first-floor bedroom with its own full bath across the hall. Two bedrooms are linked by a Jack and Jill bathroom with two sinks. The large eat-in kitchen provides plenty of counter space and room to move and flows right to the family room allowing many a great place to congregate and talk. A large wrap around patio in the private backyard provides for day play and evening star-gazing!
LOCATION! The property is only eight miles south of Saguaro Lake and floating the river and less than 1.5 miles from the Power Rd and 202 HWY interchange! The Phoenix Airport is 23 minutes away, while ASU is 20 and Scottsdale Fashion Square is 25 minutes! The new Mesa Riverview and Tempe Marketplace Shopping & Cinema areas are within 15 minutes & next door to Casino Arizona. All the Pro Sports Teams are under 45 minutes. To really explore AZ, you can take in Sedona, Flagstaff, or Tucson in a two hour drive, or head up the hill to the pines of Payson in an hour and 15 minutes, or the one-and-only Grand Canyon South Rim is just three and half hours NW!

This community is a JD Power award winner and offers many recreational amenities, including a USA ‘top 50 to play’ Golf Course, two resort-style pool areas that are restricted to the community only and offer heated pools, hot tubs, kid pools, verandas, lounge chairs, lap swimming and more. Additionally, there are parks, tennis and basketball courts and hiking/jogging paths throughout. All recreational facilities are for your use as guests in our home. The home is within a mile from the 202 highway which can take you to anywhere in the greater Phoenix area and makes it easy to head out for fabulous golf courses, casino's, shopping, sightseeing, events and the lakes.

Greetings to our guests and we welcome you to our Las Sendas home! We grew up in Michigan and came to Arizona - where I have ALWAYS wanted to live from the time I visited in 1994 - when I signed a contract with a professional baseball team. We had three sons while living here and have hosted numerous family and friends over the years. Our home is large enough for many people to feel comfortable and uncrowded with big open spaces and vaulted ceilings, yet the fireplace and architecture can provide a comforting atmosphere.

This home in Mesa is a gem! It is very spacious, well-stocked, and comfortable. We were very pleased that our 3 grown children and their spouses could each have queen size beds, and that we could have a king. There was also a great kids' room with twin beds for our 3-yr-old grandson, complete with a custom-painted mural and great toys. It is an incredible value, and we would love to go again.

We had a group of 6 golfers and found the house met all of our requirements. Most evenings used the barbecue to cook our meals and the house had plenty of room for us to eat and relax. Trent and Kerri answered any questions that came up and were very helpful.

The house was just as described. Located close to the freeway so it was very easy to find and get around town. Perfect for our family, relaxing and spacious. Everyone had their own space. Our kids loved the room set up for children complete with twin beds, toys, books and night lights! Our family was so comfortable, it felt like home. Customer service was great! Thanks for a really fun weekend, we loved the house!

My family of 7 adults and 4 children were in Mesa for a family reunion with my five brothers and their families. The house was ideal for our situation; we were within one mile of two of my brothers. The kids loved the swimming pool. If we ever vacation in Mesa again I would not hesitate to contact Trent and Kerri. What a great week!

This was a just a great house for our family of eight. It is a nice house that is clean and comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the pools and the neighborhood. The park was great for out 2 year old grand daughter and the older kids enjoyed the basketball court. The Clarks are have thought of everything to make the place a great place to hang out in and they had everything you could need to make it a relaxing time. Thanks for a great family vacation!

My group of 4 Baby Boomer cyclists plus two non-cyclist wives, found this house and the owners to be ideal for our purposes. Ideally situated between the foothills for more difficult riding and the flats for easier, longer rides, (and an easy ride into town for non-cycling activities) Trent and Kerri made every effort to accommodate us...and succeeded in every way. From the initial contractual discussions to logistics and assistance while at the house, we couldn't have asked for a cleaner, more fully appointed, comfortable place to stay. We will be back and highly recommend the owners as well as their property.
