  7 of us senior men rented the above property while we attended spring training baseball games. It was an excellent residence and I would highly recommend it as there were plenty of beds to accommodate all of us and the amenities available were very good.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This is a great property at a great price. Owner is VERY easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would definitely rent this property again.

  This home is perfect for a family with anything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The owners are wonderful to work with and attentive to our needs. We couldn't ask for a better experience. I loved picking fresh lemons to cook with and sitting with a cup a tea by the fireplace early in the morning. This is a beautiful home.

  Our group of 6 serious 32 - 66 year old cyclists with a foodie bent have stayed here three years out of the last four that we have fled Chicago for a mid-winter long weekend of riding around Mesa, Tortilla Flats, Scottsdale and Tempe. The logistics, follow up, maintenance and flexibility that Trent and Kerri provide will keep us coming back and recommending friends. They epitomize what HomeAway is all about.

  Large house with lots of sleeping spaces in very good, almost new condition. The yard and patio were excellent. There are lots of gathering spaces for large or private conversations. Nice neighborhood.

  Our extended family gathered in Mesa for Christmas. We rented this wonderful house which was near my in-law's house. The listing description and photos are accurate and the house was very clean. There were six adults and two young children sharing the house and it was perfect for all of us. The kids loved their special room with it's tree mural and supply of toys. Their parents loved having their own room, but being close by the kids with the shared bathroom in between the two rooms. The other bedrooms worked out great for the rest of us. The beds were all very comfortable and it was great to have so many bathrooms! The house in general is spacious (with two different sitting and eating areas), open and filled with natural light. It is attractively, but very comfortably furnished and the kitchen is well stocked to handle big groups. The yard is lovely and the kids enjoyed the outdoor play equipment. They also loved being able to swim on Christmas Eve day at the nearby pool! The owners were very accomodating. We do not know them, but the way they took care of us before and during our stay was more like what you would expect from family rather than from strangers. We all had a wonderful time at this perfect house! We hope to have another family reunion/Christmas celebration there sometime in the future and would highly recommend this house to anyone!

  This home worked out perfectly. It is well represented on-line, very clean and in excellent condition. Also the owners are quite nice to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

  Great house, great location, close to golf, shopping and restaurants. The owners were great to deal with and we will definitely book this house again!

  This home in Mesa is a gem! It is very spacious, well-stocked, and comfortable. We were very pleased that our 3 grown children and their spouses could each have queen size beds, and that we could have a king. There was also a great kids' room with twin beds for our 3-yr-old grandson, complete with a custom-painted mural and great toys. It is an incredible value, and we would love to go again.
