It’s a 3 level 5 bedrooms (plus loft) 2400 sq feet property in Brier Crest Woods community with walk out basement and can accommodate up to 16 people. We are within few miles from Split Rock, Jack Frost / Big Boulder Ski Resorts and H20ooohh Indoor Family Waterpark and also very near to Camelback Ski Resort, Mount Airy Casino and Mohegan Sun Casino . We are within couple of miles from Pocono International Raceway/Lake Harmony and also very near to Brodhead Watershed. We are also very near by 24hr Banking, Gas Stations, Restaurants, Pharmacy and Shops. All these are within 1-4 miles distance.

We are one block away from Lake Shangri-La – it’s a minute or two walk from the house. Lake Shangri-La is a fishing lake but can be used for swimming, boating, picnicing or just plain relaxing. It has Beach, Volleyball court, Basket ball court, Horseshoe pits and Swings. We provide the best in amenities and customer service along with great location.

Please note:
· Our prices are very competitive (based on location, size of the property and amenities we provide) but in case you find similar house in the area for cheaper price, we will meet or beat the competition
· You or someone in your group needs to be at least 25 years old to sign the lease.. Below 25 is not a problem. It may cost you extra security deposit
· 50% of the total amount is due immediately with signing the lease. Remaining 50% is due three weeks before check-in date. If these payment terms do not work, we will work with on when you want to pay.
· Check-in time is 03.00 PM and Check-out time is 11.00 AM - Both are negotiable based on availability; Let us know and will work with you
· Unless we receive both the signed lease agreement and first payment, house is not secured for you.
· Payments are accepted as checks, cashier’s check, money order or credit card.

  • It is located in the very desirable and rarely available location in Brier Crest Woods. The beautiful lake Shangri-La is just a minute walk from the house. The community has its own security requirements for renters.
