This unit is second floor with fantastic views of the lake. Recently redecorated with new LCD TV, tile, new windows and door. Two decks, one open and one covered.

Boat ramp one mile from door. Vibrant downtown area with several excellent restaurants and walking/biking trails.

The lake allows you to cross into Canada with minimal fuss and visit historic sites, religious sites and quaint or modern Canadian towns. Jay Peak (25 minutes), Burke Mountain and Owl's Head (Canada) ski areas 45 minutes away. VAST (Snowmobile) trail at your door.
