Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor condominium unit that is very spacious. The Harbour Boat Club is not a huge condominium complex with hundreds of rooms, so you will enjoy the cozy, family friendly environment. The first floor of the complex consists of covered parking for each guest, and there is also a screened in area that is a play area consisting of ping-pong tables, gas grills for barbecues, card tables, an exercise bike, etc. The outdoor swimming pool is very big and deeper than most pools found at condos.
What this condo offers is extraordinary, you are literally 2 minutes away from walking on the white sandy beaches of Marco Island, simply walk across the street to the South Beach entrance, but it also offers waterfront boating. There is a direct water access dock that takes you to the Gulf of Mexico in minutes, and you can bring your rental boat around to this dock to pick up your family members or guests. When you bring them back, there is a fish cleaning table available for use. The fishing on the south end of the island is exceptional, with a good chance that you'll catch snook and redfish, as Cape Romano is just a few minutes south of Caxambas Pass.
The Harbour Boat Club is in a great location on the south end of the island, near Cape Marco. You'll see that you'll probably end up just walking to various restaurants and shops nearby...save on gas and time searching for parking spots at the restaurants, and get some exercise at the same time. There are many rentals on the island where you are FORCED to drive everywhere. Not so with this location. Take a look at the aerial view.
Directions: Take Collier Boulevard South to the end of the island near Cape Marco, and bear left at the bend. The condo will be on the left hand side, just past the South Beach Parking Lot.
This condominium requires a monthly rental tenancy period, so rate is for the entire month. However, for this pricing, you can use just 2 weeks, and save money compared to the weekly rates of other condos that don't even compare. Because this condo is not a huge high rise, and because we do not allow weekly rentals, you will not have to worry about transients and loud noise from hundreds of other units. You'll actually get to know your neighbors at this condo, and it will feel like an extended family!
