Location: Smugglers Notch, Vermont, USA (Ski Smugglers Notch in 5 minutes, 45 minutes to Jay Peak)

Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5+ Baths (Sleeps 7)

This is a spacious, wonderful and comfortable home with spectacular views of Mount Mansfield and Smugglers Notch. This home features a well equipped gourmet kitchen, a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace, a master suite with views and a jacuzzi, and 2 other well furnished bedrooms. 2 oversize leather chairs await your relaxation by the fire.

You are less than 2 miles from the quaint little village of Jeffersonville, VT. A stroll around Main Street with Antique shops, Art Galleries, a fine restaurant, and of course Hanley’s – the general store (including The Vermont Liquor Outlet), are all waiting for you.

We welcome children and do have a selection toys and games. We have a pack n' play and a highchair for the little ones. Additionally, just let us know if you need an other accommodations for an infant or a toddler, and we will do our best to meet their needs. Need us to stock the kitchen with some goodies? Just give us an email and we will do the shopping for you.

This is the perfect location for any season. Winter at Smugglers Notch is a prime time and the resort and ski area are only a 5 minute drive! In addition to skiing and boarding, Smugglers Notch offers snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobile tours, hiking, and many other activities.

In summer the mountains are beautiful and provide many opportunities for hiking. There are waterfalls on the Brewster River for plunging and swimming, and great trout fishing. Just a mile away on the Lamoille River, there are canoe and kayak rentals. Fly-fishing guides and horseback riding are just a short drive away.

Fall Foliage in Vermont is another spectacular season not to be missed. There are more covered bridges in Lamoille County than anywhere else in Vermont.

This house, with all it's splendor, is truly a notch above the rest for family lodging in the area. If you are visiting the Smugglers' Notch area, there is no better place to stay than at the Hemlock House. Our winter rates are; $900 for a three night minimum, and a weekly rate of $2000.
