Mountain View Trail is a custom-crafted cabin with your own private hot tub! It has two bedrooms, one and three-fourths baths, a large sleeping loft (the loft has two queens and two twin futons), hot tub room, large deck, and balcony. The interior has log cabin walls with vaulted ceilings. It feels spacious & open, yet cozy!

There is a large deck that covers the entire front side of the house & faces west, looking out at the mountains & trees all around you. The hot tub room is in room with a vaulted ceiling attached to the main house with French doors opening onto the deck. This hot tub gives you a gentle, swirling water escape without the jarring bubbles. The furnishings are rustico pine with Southwestern accents & iron lamps.

Located just three miles from Breckenridge and next to the Blue River, guests can enjoy staying in & getting cozy next to the pot bellied gas stove, watch a DVD or listen to music with Comcast Digital Music, relax on the front deck looking at the mountain views, take advantage private of fishing rights in the Blue River, take a hike, or in the winter take advantage of some of the world's best skiing at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Vail Ski Resorts.

The unit comes with cable TV, DVD, stereo, microwave, washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, ceiling fans, woodstove, bath & bedlinens, alarm-clocks, games, cards, books, porch/deck, wireless internet and exceptional views.

Winter is a favorite time for many who come to Colorado's high country, and our Breckenridge Mountain Home is strategically located to provide guests the ultimate in winter recreation. Breckenridge's ski lifts are only four miles away while the resorts of Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Vail are all within less than an hour's drive (depending on road conditions). Cross-country skiing and ice skating are two other popular winter sports available nearby.

Summer opens the door to endless recreational possibilities in the area. Golfing, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, rafting, horseback riding, and tennis are among the many activities available within a few minutes of our Breckenridge Mountain Home.

Regardless of the season, don't forget Breckenridge's enticing array of over 200 specialty shops, galleries, boutiques, and restaurants. There's something here for everyone!

The HOME:
* Main-Level Unit plus Loft: Two bedrooms, full bath plus an additional three-quarter bath, large kitchen, living room with gas stove, large deck, sleeping loft, and a nice balcony. Home is 1,750 square feet. Sleeps eight. King size beds (1), Queen size Beds (1), Double Beds (1), Twin or Single Beds (1), Sleep Sofa or Futons (1), Bunk Beds (1)

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* $15 per pet per night
* A $44 limited damage waiver - in lieu of damage deposit
* Deposit of 20% of the total reservation price must be received in order to reserve the time. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
* Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival
* No refunds 60 days prior to arrival.
* A $173 Cleaning fee will apply.
