These beautiful condo's on the beach in Mazatlan are centrally located.

Located between Historic Old Mazatlan with its very popular Angela Peralta Opera house and cultural plaza, and the night life of the Golden Zone with numerous nightclubs and breathtaking beaches. You will be able to enjoy not only the unforgettable Mazatlan sunsets but also unlimited American television programming on the widescreen HDTV.

These condo's are fully furnished as our own home with central air conditioning in each bedroom, living room and kitchen and full sized washer/dryer, ice maker, elaborate water filters including ultra-violet so you can drink the water with no worries. Kitchen is well appointed starting with the beautiful Granite Counter tops all the way down to the spices.

This is a private 8 condominium complex with a very " homey" set up and independent access, with secured underground parking, and a security guard on duty. We own 2 condo's in this building, one was set up as our own home and the other for rent, but both are available for rent now. Both are fully appointed and totally remodeled in 2007, both show like brand new. If you have a group of up to 16, you could utilize both units.

The owner Judith was born and raised in Mazatlan and now resides in Washington, she has 5 sisters and 1 brother living in Mazatlan as well as numerous extended family, one sister is managing the condo's for us, she has a 7 passenger van available for round trip airport shuttle at $25 per person (reasonable price compared to shuttle services), and she speaks Spanish as well as English fluently, and is available to help with your needs from things to do to where to shop, she is also available as a tour guide. This is an extra service that you will not find with any other condo's or rental's. Condo C-1 is a very modern style and Condo A-2 is Rustic Mexican style, please specify which condo you prefer, based on availability.

Housekeeping is available for $25.00 per day upon request. The maid show's up at the time you want, usually between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. She will usually spend about 6 hours, doing a full cleaning including your laundry and dishes. If you choose, she will prepare your breakfast, lunch and have something ready for your dinner, all you need to do is supply the groceries. Tip's are always appreciated.

  • We stayed in condo A2 and it was wonderful. Being picked up at the airport by Minerva and Raul was so easy they were so helpful and alot of fun. The condo was such a gem of a place the pictures on the internet do not do it justice. From the tile floors to the granite counters to the three big bedrooms and two full baths more than we ever imagined. The views off the balcony at sunset were awesome. Being in the middle of Old Mazatlan and The Golden Zone everywhere was within walking distance but buses and taxis are available right out front of the condo. The open markets were great. Fresh fruits, vegetables and seafood, the best selection of any size shrimp you want. The kitchen was huge and well stocked so cooking was easy, but if you're not into cooking Berta will come cook and clean for you. Overall the best vacation we have had. We highly recommend going here and we will be back again.

  • Deciding to spend a month in Mazatlan, we rented Condo C-1 through VRBO. You always hope you get what your paying for, with this condo you do! Minerva's pick-up and delivery to the airport is such a great service. She speaks very good English and is so helpful with anything you need. We loved the location of this condo, right in the middle of Old and New Mazatlan. Very easy to get any where. This condo also has a great layout. The bedrooms are in the back and can be closed off for quieter mornings for some. The main living area was big enough for all eight of us and the counter in the kitchen provides more seating. This condo is up to date, very clean, very safe, and a shower to die for!! From the balcony you can watch the beautiful sunsets and sit and enjoy the ocean. The highlight of our trip was Carnival 2009!! We had no idea what to expect, but the location of this condo put us in the "best seats in the house." We loved our month in Mazatlan and were very happy with every thing about this condo. The maid service is awsome, Bertha does a wonderful job and its great coming back from the beach to a spotless condo. We loved this place and would highly recommend it to any family.

  • We had a fabulous time at the condo. It was so convenient. We could walk to almost anything we wanted to do. We had the perfect view for the parade and fireworks during carnival. I would definitely book this condo again when we go to Mazaltan.

  • The condo is in a good location, very clean, and comfortable. Anything you could possibly need is in the kitchen or one of the closets. The beach is just accross the street, there are always plenty of cabs around, and the underground parking is easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone headed to Mazatlan.

  • family fun in the sun, March 6, 2008 By Dominique Dussault (Mission, BC) We had a great stay in Mazatlan. The condo was big enough for the 9 of us! We were right across from the beach and had an awesome view of the sunset every evening. The condo was more than fully equiped. The kitchen was stocked and there were toys for the kids. Minerva picked us up at the airport and was our guide to Mazatlan, checking on us now and then to answer our questions and show us where to shop. The rooftop was an unexpected feature. We watched the sunset from there nightly on the chairs provided and also had a couple rooftop parties. The bedrooms are located down the hall from the livingroom and kitchen so you don't have to worry about waking sleeping children. And you get a quiet spot to rest if you've had too much fiesta! I'll recommend this spot to my friends.

  • Our stay in this beautiful condo was like having a home away from home. Having the bedrooms seperated was great, our daughter could go to bed and we would not disturb her. We were able to have friends over for meals and there was plenty of room. The view was fantastic. Looking out over the ocean was so beautiful. The beach was right across the street, which was very handy. Thanks for the great place to stay, would recommend this great condo to anyone. Also, Minerva was a great help too. She picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and was able to answer all the questions we had. Minerva speaks very good english and is happy to help in anyway she can. Thanks again.

The convenience of everything up and down the beachfront made it an ideal location.   • (Here are some excerpts from my letter to the owners after renting their A-2 condo) We just returned from five wonderful days in Mazatlan and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed both your new condominium and the great location. Your effort really shows in the condo itself. The combination of warm colors and traditional tiles made it particularly inviting, while the modern appliances and fixtures made living there easy and comfortable. Your design was perfect for us, lots of space for shared family activities combined with enough separate spaces for everyone to have whatever separate time they wanted. We enjoyed cooking in your new kitchen, watching the evening beachside activities from the deck, and having time together in the great sitting room. The location was all that you described. Easy walks to the aquarium, across-the-street access to a wonderfully quiet stretch of beach, quick cab ride to old town or the tourist area, and convenient shopping nearby. Being met at the airport by your sister was a great bonus. She was a fabulous guide and greeter. Trips to and from the airport were effortless, and the friendly commentary on the region’s, history, commerce, and tourist activities gave us a very nice feel for the city before we arrived. We were particularly touched when she brought a wonderful collection of sea shells for our granddaughter whose fascination with shells kept her occupied during the visit and on the flights back home. Her own joy in being in Mazatlan shows!
