Enter through the French doors to a cozy and inviting sitting area and then into the master bedroom which features a queen pillow top bed, TV and walk in closets. The comfortable living area features a full sofa and love seat, Satellite TV / DVD and cozy gas heat. The living area opens into the spacious kitchen, great for preparing gourmet meals. Retreat to the screened in porch where the bugs won't bite as you dine on the patio furniture and cook on your charcoal grill. "Abiding Place" welcomes small pampered pets in this "Pet Friendly Pigeon Forge Cottage Rental" perfect for those pets who enjoy a romp in the country! Rates and Cancellation Policy: Rates are based on two guest. $50 Pet fee applies. A 50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance must be received 15 days prior to arrival. A 30 day notice is required for an 80% refund less the cost of honeymoon package extras OR the option of rescheduling. Refunds or rescheduling less than 60 day is possible only if the unit can re-booked for same time frame of original reservation, otherwise the entire deposit will be forfeited. Sorry, No refunds or rescheduling is available for the month of October or holidays. A detailed guest contract will be sent upon request.
