Snuggled in right behind the large sea-grass covered dune that protects the award-winning community of Shore Pine village from the elements is this ideal cedar shingled cottage landscaped with sea-grass and native shore pines. The village has lots of paved walking/biking paths and a wonderful community club house with big screen satellite tv, stereo, and a well equipped work out room.
Spend your days playing on the beach or surfing, the house comes with 2 boogie boards, cooler, crab ring and beach chairs. At the end of the day you can come home and clean off in the hot outdoor shower on the back porch which is also perfect for furry friends!
Inside you will find a home rather than a rental, decorated with precious found objects. Cuddle in front of the gas fireplace with one of the numerous books or games and relax. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishes and also offers a small selection of condiments and spices. The master suite includes a walk in shower with 2 shower heads and each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a queen size bed.
If you can tear yourself away from the hammock swaying on the back porch it is only a short stroll up the dune ramp for a spectacular view of the exquisite beach, cape Kiwanda and haystack rock. At the end of the day you will find neighbors gathering here for a cocktail and an often spectacular sunset; always keep an eye out for pelican, seals and whale!
Make what you will of Pacific City it truly offers it all! Tranquil and sometime stormy winter days can be most romantic for some while others will enjoy the wild summer celebrations with bonfires and fireworks!
