I have a beautiful condo with a great view of the pool area and Little Lagoon. It is on the second floor and you can see both from the living room and one bedroom. You also have your own private balcony.
The pool area has lush tropical landscaping and a small rock waterfall. There is a children's pool and a hot tub for anyone over 12 years old.
There are two private piers with boat slips and decks for you to sit, relax and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. There are facilities on one of the piers to clean fish.
There are charcoal grills and picnic tables by Little Lagoon. You will love grilling out and eating by the water and enjoying the sunsets.
The complex offers a boat ramp, shuffleboard, a putting green and two well lit tennis courts.
There is a sleeper sofa and a love seat in the living room. There is also a large TV, a CD player with stereo and a DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, etc. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, garbage disposal, stove and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and there are clock radios in each bedroom and a TV in one bedroom.
We are located across the street from the beach. We have a 100' private deeded beach with a gazebo for you to enjoy. There is not much traffic on the street that you will cross to get there.
Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club has the best of both worlds, the beach and the lagoon. We are very family oriented here.
Snowbirds are welcome and monthly rates are available from November to March at very reasonable rates.
I have a keyless lock and I will assign you an entry code one week before your arrival.
There are many fine restaurants for dining and excellent shopping within ten miles from here.
My condo is my home away from home and my little piece of paradise. I would very much like to share it with you. Once you stay here, you will return year after year. So, c'mon down. All you need is your personal items. I will be looking for ya'll.

The total amount of the deposit and lodging fees will need to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cleaning Fee $85, 11% Tax, Parking Fee $20 per car and to be paid on site. 3% fee to pay with a credit card through Pay Pal.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary here. We enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area. We visited Fort Morgan and also took the short drive to Pensecola to see the the Naval Aviation Museum. We had so much fun that we booked our next vacation the same day that we checked out. I would highly recommend renting from Anne.

Condo was in a great location, only a short walk to the Gulf Coast, and very close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Property was clean, very accessible, and well maintained.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. I think this is the perfect place for families with young children or older couples. We really enjoyed our stay here the room was excellent and every one was really nice.

Our stay at the Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club was very enjoyable. The rental was precisely what was advertised and we had no problems with anything in the condo. We even had great weather, it only rained when we were packing the car to leave. The owner was responsive to our concerns and even stopped by to replace a stained bedspread. Thank you, Anne!

The room was of average decor, I did'nt care for the bare tile floors, there needed to be rugs around some places, if not for looks for comfort and beauty.The beds were also hard and uncomfortable, the head board was detached from the bed and it seamed really flimsy.The location was great, you were not too far from the beach or the pool. Great resturants within reasonable drive.
Owner response:I don't use rugs on the floor, because I am concerned about the sand that comes in on the tile floor and it might make the rugs slip. This is the first comment I have had about the beds being hard. I think it is all about what you are used to at home. I am in the process of buying new furniture for my condo. Anne

Myself, my husband, and our 2 boys had a wonderful time at the beach. The condo was nice, well located, and anne was a pleasure to deal with. The pool area is very well maintained, and overall our experienxe was great, we will be back next year.

This community was very nice! The staff at the condo was very friendly and helpful! The condo was everything the owner said it was and more!!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know wanting to go away on a quiet, romantic or family getaway! The beaches were beautiful and very peaceful! The condo itself was quiet..you couldn't hear your neighbors and all the other guests were respectful

This was an absolute wonderful condo. It is everything we every dreamt it would be. Anne was awesome answering all my questions and described everything to a tee. Enjoyed the condo very much! There was everything available to make our stay comfortable. The photos and descriptions lived up to the amenities within the condo. Anne is a joy to rent from and was always ready with helpful answers to any questions. I would recommend this rental whole heartedly.

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was big enough for our family of five comfortably and was clean and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the pool and it was great to be able to watch the girls swim from our balcony. The pool area is beautiful. The beach access was also great and always easy to get across the street as there was not much traffic. My favorite thing was sitting on the pier and watching the sunset and taking a few photos. This was a great, relaxing vacation for my family and will come again.
