I have a beautiful condo with a great view of the pool area and Little Lagoon. It is on the second floor and you can see both from the living room and one bedroom. You also have your own private balcony.
The pool area has lush tropical landscaping and a small rock waterfall. There is a children's pool and a hot tub for anyone over 12 years old.
There are two private piers with boat slips and decks for you to sit, relax and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. There are facilities on one of the piers to clean fish.
There are charcoal grills and picnic tables by Little Lagoon. You will love grilling out and eating by the water and enjoying the sunsets.
The complex offers a boat ramp, shuffleboard, a putting green and two well lit tennis courts.
There is a sleeper sofa and a love seat in the living room. There is also a large TV, a CD player with stereo and a DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, etc. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, garbage disposal, stove and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and there are clock radios in each bedroom and a TV in one bedroom.
We are located across the street from the beach. We have a 100' private deeded beach with a gazebo for you to enjoy. There is not much traffic on the street that you will cross to get there.
Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club has the best of both worlds, the beach and the lagoon. We are very family oriented here.
Snowbirds are welcome and monthly rates are available from November to March at very reasonable rates.
I have a keyless lock and I will assign you an entry code one week before your arrival.
There are many fine restaurants for dining and excellent shopping within ten miles from here.
My condo is my home away from home and my little piece of paradise. I would very much like to share it with you. Once you stay here, you will return year after year. So, c'mon down. All you need is your personal items. I will be looking for ya'll.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
$200 Reserve/Security Deposit.Cancellation Fee $40.(Deposit refundable 3 days after departure and unit is checked.) NO REFUND IF ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING OR DAMAGE TO THE CONDO. Deposit must be paid before I can hold your reservation for you. If reservation is canceled within 14 days of check in date, there will be a refund only if I am able to rent the unit during the time you reserved.
The total amount of the lodging fees will need to be paid 30 days prior to check in date.
Cleaning Fee $70, 11% Tax, Parking Fee $20 per car and to be paid on site. 3% fee to pay with a credit card through Pay Pal. |
