I have a beautiful condo with a great view of the pool area and Little Lagoon. It is on the second floor and you can see both from the living room and one bedroom. You also have your own private balcony.

The pool area has lush tropical landscaping and a small rock waterfall. There is a children's pool and a hot tub for anyone over 12 years old.

There are two private piers with boat slips and decks for you to sit, relax and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. There are facilities on one of the piers to clean fish.

There are charcoal grills and picnic tables by Little Lagoon. You will love grilling out and eating by the water and enjoying the sunsets.

The complex offers a boat ramp, shuffleboard, a putting green and two well lit tennis courts.

There is a sleeper sofa and a love seat in the living room. There is also a large TV, a CD player with stereo and a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, etc. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, garbage disposal, stove and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and there are clock radios in each bedroom and a TV in one bedroom.

We are located across the street from the beach. We have a 100' private deeded beach with a gazebo for you to enjoy. There is not much traffic on the street that you will cross to get there.

Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club has the best of both worlds, the beach and the lagoon. We are very family oriented here.

Snowbirds are welcome and monthly rates are available from November to March at very reasonable rates.

I have a keyless lock and I will assign you an entry code one week before your arrival.

There are many fine restaurants for dining and excellent shopping within ten miles from here.

My condo is my home away from home and my little piece of paradise. I would very much like to share it with you. Once you stay here, you will return year after year. So, c'mon down. All you need is your personal items. I will be looking for ya'll.


ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

$200 DEPOSIT.
3 NIGHT MINIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY.
MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
Cancellation Policy: Your lodging fees (Rent, Cleaning, PayPal and Taxes) and your deposit will be returned if cancellations are made 30 days, or more, in advance of your check-in date. Your lodging fees (Rent, Cleaning, PayPal and Taxes) minus $40.00 will be returned if cancellations are made between 14 and 29 days of your check-in date. You will forfeit all fees paid if you cancel less than 14 days of your check-in date.
The total amount of the lodging fees will need to be paid 30 days prior to check in date.
Cleaning Fee $70, 11% Tax, Parking Fee $20 per car and to be paid on site. 3% fee to pay with a credit card through Pay Pal.

  • OUR STAY WAS AWESOME. THE KIDS LOVED THE CONDO. IT WAS NICE AND CLEAN WITH A GREAT VIEW OF THE POOL AND THE LAGOON. THE KIDS LOVED THE BEING ABLE TO GO AND PLAY IN THE POOL. WE ALSO LOVED BEING ABLE TO JUST WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO THE BEACH. THE PART OF THE BEACH THAT WE WENT TO WAS SECLUDED. YOU DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT A LOT OF PEOPLE ON THAT PART OF THE BEACH. IT WAS GREAT!!!!WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO COMING BACK NEXT YEAR. AND WORKING WITH MRS.ARNOLD SHE WAS VERY NICE AND CARING IF MAKING SURE THAT OUR STAY WAS AWESOME. WOULD DEFINETLY USE HER AGAIN!!!!

  • We really had a great time at Gulf Shores Surf and Racket Club this past weekend. The guys enjoyed the fishing both at the beach and on the canal. The pool is just beautiful. The condo was clean and well equiped which is a plus if you're there for an extended time. I would recommend visiting as it is convenient to most areas you may want to visit while vacationing.

  • Hi, We are the de Gooijers. We spent nearly two weeks here with our doughter(1 year).The condo was as describedand met all our expectations. We have swam (in the gulf and the pool), built sand castles (wonderful beach, far better than we were used to in FL) and had delicious dinners. Visited Blackwater forrest, USS Alabama, Mobile, Pensacola NAS, drove wonderful scenic highways and shopped a lot. We were sad to leave again :)

  • We enjoyed our recent vacation at GSSR Club. The facilities were wonderful and gave our kids several options of things to do -- tennis, shuffle board, fishing, pool, beach, etc. The pool area is beautiful with palm trees, flowers, and a great tropical feel. Our unit (205B) was a little small for our family of five, but overall we enjoyed our stay there and would return. The only comment we would make is that the unit needs an update in paint, furniture, bedding, kitchen light fixture etc. just to really brighten the place up. The price was very reasonable and we would return!

  • We had a very nice time staying in this condo! Almost everything you ever need is here! One can just pack their swimsuits and head for the beach or the pool! Both views are absolutely stunning! The area around has lots of things to do, such as shopping, golfing, swimming, fishing or simply just sitting and reading a good book and looking at beautiful sunsets! Thanks for a wonderful time!
