This gorgeous mountain property at the newly-remodeled Sebastian (formerly the Vail Plaza Club) can be rented as a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom depending on your dates of stay and the size of your group. It is available this ski season from December 10 through March 24, and during the summer of 2012. Enjoy beautiful views, private balcony, stone-surround fireplace with comfortable mountain finishes and furnishings including: heated marble floor in the master bath, hardwood floors in the great room, slab-granite kitchen counters and more. This residence comes fully appointed: everything you need from linens to silverware to wine glasses (for that glass of wine you will be enjoying after a day of fresh powder on the slopes of Vail!)

The location is ideal - you won't need a car. Nine restaurants, 5 art galleries and dozens of shops are steps from the Sebastian. Take the free shuttle to the gondola or a 5-minute stroll to the Vista Bahn (Vail's main high-speed quad). There is a bowling alley and movie theatre within a 5 minute walk as well.

It was a beautiful, brand-new property that met my criteria for great amenities: pool, hot-tubs, spa, fitness center, on-site restaurant, gourmet take-out food Market, maid service. I knew this was going to provide the comfort and luxuries that we have come to enjoy and expect!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The Sebastian is literally steps from the Vista Bahn, Vail Mountain's main lift to mid-Vail. Their "Base Camp" provides an on-mountain ski valet service. You don't have to hassle with carrying your boots, poles and skis. Ski valet will take them to Base Camp where you can enjoy fresh beignets, good coffee and fresh-squeezed OJ while putting on your boots. Then just ski out the back of Base Camp to the Vista Bahn!

When the Sebastian (formerly the Vail Plaza Club) was built, it was the first brand-new building in Vail in 20 years. I jumped on the opportunity to own a high-end fractional residence in the heart of Vail Village! It has everything my guests look for and need when visiting Vail: proximity to ski lifts, shopping, restaurants, art galleries...yet quiet and comfortable with every imaginable amenity.
