This house is described as four bedrooms but two of the “bedrooms” are separate apartments (only used in conjunction with the main house to provide additional privacy).
However at no time are these apartments used or rented separately from the main house. Each could be entered from a private walkway from the front entrance of the main house.
All beds have down pillows and comforters. Good natured maid/cook with wonderful disposition loves to cook and will gladly teach you her Mexican recipes. Relax on the rooftop garden and marvel at the panoramic views and lovely sunsets while sipping a margarita. This is paradise! Located in a very safe neighborhood; Enjoy concerts, lectures, plays, readings, dance performances and art openings held on a regular basis. The most popular restaurants, tennis, gym, galleries and the Instituto Allende are within a short walk from Villa Feliz (no hills to climb).
San Miguel sits at 6300 feet providing warm sunny days and cool nights.
Villa Feliz sleeps 2 to 11 comfortably and rates depend on the time of the year and/or the number of persons - there is also a loft that sleeps four. Well behaved children are welcome.

In addition to this lovely home the owner maintains a residence apartment in San Miguel where she spends time when there are guests at Villa Feliz and is always available for help and assistance for her guests.

The peaceful ambiance of the entire house entices guests to return to Villa Feliz. The house is located in a very safe neighborhood with very friendly Mexican and Gringo neighbors.
Malena the cook/maid has the ability to "spoil" guests and she really pleases anyone who walks through the front door. She has a wonderful disposition and always a smile and helpful nature.
There are so many different areas to sit peacefully and relax or the grand sala and outdoor dining area where couples or individuals can meet together. The two connecting apartments are a big plus in this environment where everyone in your vacation group can have their separate "space" when needed.

Hi Cory, We have all made it home safe and sound. Sorry we didn't get to meet you in person. We all fell in love with SMA and I will seriously start looking for a property to purchase that fits my needs. Your house was lovely and allowed my friends their privacy while still being together. I'm not sure weather I ever told you that I am a travel agent and will probably be sending many clients to that area and I'll be sure to suggest your home to them. How do you handle the return of the security deposit?Please let me know what info you need for that. Thanks for all of your help before and during our visit and maybe on my next visit we will meet.
