Children: The Waters is not suitable for small children as there are no screens doors leading onto the balcony areas & the unit is on the 5 th floor.
ENTERTAINING ON THE UNIT GROUNDS ( COMMON PROPERTY)
Entertaining smaller group (maximum 12) on the unit grounds: Visitors can use the barbecue area at any time from 9 AM to 9 PM if no unit number has pre-booked the barbecue area exclusively for lunch or dinner on any day.
Entertaining in larger groups (maximum 18 ) on the unit grounds: Written permission must be received from Body Crporate therefore visitors must advise our office when booking so we can approach Body Corparate re date availability & written approval notice re the dates you are requesting. |
