I choose to buy in Breckenridge because I love the mountain and the community. As they say "Breckenridge is a real town....friends welcome" Breck is a low key community that is simply a great place to vacation. In my case, I choose to live here and enjoy it year round.

The Ski Trail Lodge is a great home with lots of creature comforts. The house sits right on a private ski trail on peak 8. You'll love soaking in the hot tub on the back deck. My favorite part of the day! You'll be surrounded by a natural yard of tall pines and let's not forget those Rocky Mountains. If your a cook or entertaining you'll be in kitchen heaven. This is the second time I've stayed at the Ski Trail Lodge. This place was terrific for my family ski vacations. The home is kept in immaculate condition and it's location is absolutely the best! No need to worry about getting on and off the mountain...your right there!
