I choose to buy in Breckenridge because I love the mountain and the community. As they say "Breckenridge is a real town....friends welcome" Breck is a low key community that is simply a great place to vacation. In my case, I choose to live here and enjoy it year round.

The Ski Trail Lodge is a great home with lots of creature comforts. The house sits right on a private ski trail on peak 8. You'll love soaking in the hot tub on the back deck. My favorite part of the day! You'll be surrounded by a natural yard of tall pines and let's not forget those Rocky Mountains. If your a cook or entertaining you'll be in kitchen heaven.
