Call Fran McCurdy or email This is the one!!! This is an absolutely gorgeous high end 3000+ sq ft home spacious home. It sleeps up to 22!! There are 4 bedrooms (plus 2 semi-private rooms one with a futon and the other with a really comfy queen blow-up mattress (it actually has a bed frame and feels like a real bed!). There is also a blow-up twin mattress for kids to sleep on the floor with their parents. You will love the fact there are FOUR FULL BATHS!!!! This home offers you EVERYTHING your family needs to have a relaxing and fun vacation. There are beach chairs, floats, sand toys, beach bags, a big beach umbrella and a cart to haul your stuff to the beach.
Although not listed as beachfront, you'll think you're beachfront because it's such a simple short walk to the beach. The paved pathway next to the home leads to a wooden bridge/walkover so you can easily walk over the sand dunes. There is a fenced in yard with grass with a playground for your kids to enjoy.The huge covered patio has plenty of room for reunions and gatherings. There are two picinic tables. There is also a basketball goal on the carport.
The home has 2 large decks including one covered deck and a large open area on the bottom floor. There is a gas grill outside, since "everything tastes better at the beach" and "everyone is hungrier at the beach". By the way, there are plenty of groceries close by, including a Super Wal-mart.
The living room has the music and TV components, including the huge plasma TV. There are TVs/cable in the Living room, the kitchen adn the master bedroom. Also, the home is wired for wireless high speed internet.
The home has a happy, yet relaxing atmosphere...it appeals to all ages. Each bedroom has very comfortable mattresses and sheets to insure you get that good night's sleep. Most every room has either a Gulf or Sound view, (Pensacola Beach is an Island). We designed every room to feel happy and very relaxing. We take pride in keeping a neat, clean home for our guests and absolutely DO NOT allow smoking.
We cater to WEDDINGS/RECEPTIONS/REUNIONS. It is equipped with high-end amenities with the "look and feel" of class. All stainless steel appliances, veggie prep sink and a big copper farm sink. There is a good sized laundry room with a big utility sink that is nice for caterers' prep area. The "waterfall green" granite counter tops look like the water. There are designer details throughout the home, yet it feels VERY COMFORTABLE!
What a great meeting place for WEDDINGS OR FAMILY REUNIONS. This is the one for that special family gathering. Also, a great set-up for separate families to share; it is large enough so you have plenty of space). We strive to exceed our guests expectations. We feel that our attention to detail helps make your stay enjoyable. Guests can also enjoy 2 BUEATIFUL POOLS that we have access to just up the street (Regency Cabanas#E8, our unit vrbo# 14896).
