Welcome to your magnificent vacation destination. Our intent is to provide a comfortable, enchanting "home away from home" with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez for our guests to enjoy. This impressive condominium is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts and conveniences of home. As soon as you walk through the front door, you will immediately feel the tranquility of the surroundings.
Our condo is located on the 9th floor of the Topaz building in Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort, a premier 350 acre master planned resort on Sandy Beach. Las Palomas is surrounded by pristine, white sandy beaches and an 18-hole championship links golf course. The beachside tidal-pools are filled with beautiful seashells and the warm sea waters provide many opportunities for outdoor recreation and adventures.
The 24 hour front desk service, room service, ability to charge to the unit, daily maid service, multiple pools including a negative edge pool, lazy river, exercise and fitness center, swim-up pool bar/grill, relaxing heated spas, La Maria Bistro and Fine Cuisine and the Citron restaurants (both awarded AAA 4 Diamond award), beach palapas, shaded hammocks, Kids Club and many more amenities make Las Palomas a destination resort.
In our condo both bedrooms and the living room have wall-length sliding glass doors that open directly onto a large covered balcony, where you can enjoy meals, sip drinks or just relax and enjoy the prominent view of the Sea of Cortez. The serenity is incredible. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable pillow-top king sized bed, a walk-in closet and its own oversized bathroom with a large relaxing tub and spacious walk-in shower. You can relax in bed and enjoy the wall mounted cable TV and DVD/VCR player after a long day of fun. The second bedroom offers a very comfortable queen bed, cable TV with DVD/VCR player, large closet and adjuacent bathroom. Both bathrooms include beautiful travertine/marble finishes and luxury fixtures. The living room has a comfortable pull-out queen sofa bed and an entertainment center with cable TV, DVD/VCR, stereo system with CD player, lot of DVDs/VHS tapes for all ages and puzzles, board games and books for both adults and children.
The full sized kitchen boasts a granite counter-top, top of the line appliances and a reverse osmosis system (yes you can drink the water) and is fully stocked with all the dishware and cookware you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. There is high speed internet access at the kitchen bar for your laptop, at no extra charge.
The elevator, stair access and the trash chute are within feet from the condo. The elevator will take you from the underground garage directly to the condo.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people and reservation holder must be over age 25 and stay at the resort.
You will find many personal touches in our condo because we use our condo as a vacation home many times throughout the year. Whether your dream vacation is relaxing on a private beach and watching sunsets or spending all day fishing or playing golf, you are sure to find it all here. ** PLEASE NOTE THE LAS PALOMAS RESERVATION,CHANGES,REIMBURSEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY **
WHEN RESERVATION IS MADE:
- 50% of the whole stay will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
- The 50% remaining will be charged 15 days prior to the arrival date.
- If the reservation is made within 15 days of the arrival date it will be charged in full
CHANGES:
- All changes will have a $25 USD fee.
- No changes allowed within 10 days of the arrival date.
- In case of changing a Holliday reservation it will have a penalty fee of $150 USD per condo.
REIMBURSEMENT:
- No reimbursement for no shows, early departures, or in case of eviction (zero tolerance policy)
CANCELLATION:
- 150 USD cancellation fee if for reservations cancelled 11 days or more prior to the arrival
date.
- In case of cancelling within 10 days of the arrival date, all amounts paid are forfeited.
- No money back on cancellations after the first change.
- All cancellations must be made in writing, via e-mail.
IMPORTANT NOTE: At no time will Las Palomas or the Owner be held responsible for power outages nor A/C & appliance problems due to power surges, or any other cause. Nor shall we be held responsible for water shortages, which may occur, due to water line repairs in Puerto Peñasco or by Las Palomas, or other matters out of our control.
