Location: 386 Commonwealth Avenue. Renovated 1 bedroom unit with full kitchen, granite counter tops, hardwood floor, fully furnished, includes cable TV, WI-FI, Blue-Ray player, local phone, towels and linens. Street parking only. Bed is full size, and has futon in living room. Overnight parking garage is 2 blocks away. There is a coin washer/dryer in the basement only (1 floor down).This unit will sleep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.

This unit is located a few doors down from the Elliot Hotel and one street over from Newbury. Its beautiful pottery barn decor offers elegance and charm and makes this home one of a kind. The 10 'ceilings make this one bdrm feel like and open space with only French doors separating the bedroom from the living room and kitchen area. Please, no smoking in the room.

Your condo is decorated beautifully and it was nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay there. The location was perfect! Thanks for being so prompt with any questions we had.

    Barbara...we loved Boston and renting your condo! Thank you for the treats...I think the chips were gone before we went to bed the first night. The location was exceptional!     Derek, I just wanted to thank you for your kindness and response this weekend. It turns out, that upon reflection, we decided that our family needed a little more room so we are not staying with Shuie. Nonetheless, you were gracious, If in the area again, my husband and I will consider contacting you & Shuie again for lodging. Shuie was also wonderful.

    Hi Barbara! We are about to head out the door of 386 Commonwealth!! Thank you so much for the use of the lovely condo! It was perfect for our needs this trip. We felt right at home. You have done a great job to make the small space efficient and homey. The towels and sheets were soft and the whole atmosphere was lovely.     We had a lovely stay at Barbara and Derek's place. Like others, we appreciated Barbara's quick responses to our questions. The apartemtn was incredibly well situated. We were a 5 minute walk away fromt eh Trader Joe's on Newberry, enjoyed the walk into the Boston Commons and to the Museum of Fine Arts. We took advantage of the metro being a couple of blocks away. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.

Everything was very neat and clean and the snacks and flowers were so sweet! The location was perfect too! Easy to get to Fenway, shopping, restaurants and the Charles River. Your condo is so conveniently located, close to Newbury Street, Fenway Park, Boston Common and less than a 5-minute walk to the T which will get you anywhere else in Boston you want to go!   • Discovering Boston really for the first time, I stayed in the condo for just under two weeks. The location is wonderful, the condo is nicely furnished and Derek and Barbara could not have been more helpful; they were extremely prompt and thorough in answering questions I had about the condo, the immediate area or Boston in general - Thank You!!! I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to others.
