This spacious, executive ranch is located on Saratoga Lake with 200 feet of lakefront and a private, sandy beach. With over an acre of partially-wooded land and views that expand to Vermont, this house offers a unique vacation get-away. Approximately one-and-a-half miles from beautiful downtown Saratoga Springs and Saratoga Race Track,(one of the largest horse-racing venues in the USA with its picturesque Victorian architecture), and at the base of the Adirondack Mountains, this house is also 25 minutes north of Albany and 25 minutes south of Lake George.

This tastefully furnished, family-friendly ranch offers a load of indoor and outdoor amenities. Notable features include a deck off of the kitchen with a grill overlooking the lake, a fenced yard with a swing set, off-street parking for five cars, and a computer with high-speed internet access. The beach is equipped with a picnic area and a canoe.

This house is a convenient walk to several waterfront restaurants and pubs featuring live entertainment, as well as marinas where powerboats and watercrafts are available for rent. It is also a five minute walk from the Saratoga National Golf Course, voted as one of the top five most beautiful golf courses in the nation.

Spend your morning having coffee and a croissant on the deck while watching the boats on the lake, or go for a canoe ride or a swim. Then head over to beautiful downtown Saratoga Springs to visit museums, parks, historical sites, or to photograph the beautiful Victorians.

Enjoy a day at the Saratoga Race Track and feel transformed to another era as you watch some of the fastest and most beautiful horses race in this old-style race track with master jockeys.

Partake in the myriad of special events and activities for all ages. Or, go on the antique trail all the way to Warrensburg and enjoy converted silos and barns with their many charming country offerings – be sure to stop for some homemade soft ice cream and maybe an amusement ride or two in any of Lake George’s several theme and water parks.
