Our family enjoyed everything about this condo. The views from the balconies were fantastic and we were able to watch the dolphins and there is so much space on the balconies. The condo is updated and very clean. Shawn was very helpful and answered all our question promptly.It is an end unit so it is very quiet. We will definetely stay here again. I would recommend this property to family or friends. 5/5 Awesome views! Excellent, September 6, 2009 By Harold Vore (Santa Claus, IN) We stayed with a party of 15. The two units were great. The owner was honest and responsive. All units in the complex are privately owned and well kept. Okaloosa is a great island. Beaches are almost as good as Siesta Key (best in the world). Price is much less. Destin is just far enough to easily get to and get away from. Most of the time, the pictures give a better image than reality. In this case, the pictures do not do this condo full justice. Nicely decorated, very comfortable. I've visited Daytona, Sarasota, Ft. Myers, Jacksonville...overall, this (Ft. Walton) was the best.

Can't say a bad word about the whole place it was very beautiful condo and the view was the best. Our kids said they weren't going back home they had found a place for life. Should Have Called the Health Department

This condo was so disgusting! The bathtubs hadn't been cleaned in forever, the toilet had an absolutely disgusting amount of mold & mildew, the top of the fridge & the kitchen cabinets (inside & out) hadn't been cleaned in years, as well as the pantry, the sheets were on upside down, and it hadn't been vacuumed in forever. There was literally an inch of dust along the baseboards, & there was small trash on the floors from previous people. I had to go buy a vacuum just to try & get the place liveable before my family came down. I spent hour after hour after hour scrubbing this filthy condo. The view was nice, but not until after I cleaned the sliding glass doors. Never again. And if you think that I might be exaggerating, I have pictures to prove just how unclean & unhealthy this condo was. In retrospect, I really should have called the Health Department. Horrible experience! I wore myself out cleaning & scrubbing this place. But since we were spending the month of Feb. there, I HAD to try to make it livable. I got my deposit back, but nothing extra. I'm too sure that my review won't be published. And if it's true that this unit is rented all summer long, bring lots of cleaning supplies with you cause you're gonna need them! And bring lots of quarters since there is no washer/dryer in the unit, as advertised. CERTAINLY NOT CLEAN & NOT WELL-MAINTAINED!

Reporting months later truth has been replaced by anger,1/2truths,stories.I do use a another Proffessional cleaning service now and they do a fabulous job. The condo Has just had a complete remodel (12/11) including New marble tile, new paint,carpet new or deep cleaned, completely overhauled. Anybody looking for a unit with a fresh new look should be happy with this condo. The few Properties that egsist with as many amenities as this one list for a much higher price. The pictures don't do the actual condo justice! The view was absolutely beautiful and the condo itself was perfect. The owners provided everything we needed to enjoy our week on Okaloosa Island. The condo itself was clean and decorated very nice - to include a HUGE master bedroom and bathroom. Since this condo is on the 7th floor, even while doing dishes or cooking in the kitchen, you can look out the huge sliding glass doors at the ocean! We had five family members staying there to include two teenage boys and a nine year old girl - and everyone had plenty of room (and could have had more stay with us). The owners were very professional yet pleasant regarding the deposit, the condo information, and the follow-up. We will definitely be back!!! 5/5 Wonderful place to vacation!! The pictures truly depict this condo. There was enough space for us all to stretch out, relax and enjoy! The owner has done a fantastic job with the modern decor, upscale furnishings. The resort grounds are very well kept and the pool is beautiful!! The beach service is a plus, as when we were ready to enjoy the beach, our chairs were there waiting for us to occupy them! Very convenient location, there are convenience stores within walking distances and some restaurants were just a stroll up the boulevard as well as some beach shops. Bill is very helpful and very prompt to answer any questions you may.

Our vacation consisted of me, my husband, my Mom (74+) and my niece (16). This was my niece's first time seeing the ocean in her life and being able to share the experience with her was wonderful! If you are looking for a home away from home this condo is for you! It is by far one of the best condos I've stayed at in FL. It was my little slice of heaven for a week. I do have to give praise to the icemaker, it was great for mixed drinks, sodas and the occasional small ice chest to take bottle water down to the beach! Thank you again Angela!!!!!

This condo was a wonderful and was perfect for our family of 14. The condo was clean and well maintained with plenty of linens and bed space, dishes. Convenient parking, beautiful view of the ocean and beach, condo was supplied with coolers, beach toys and chairs for the beach if needed. Good restaurants were close and I was more than happy with the service and friendliness of the waitresses and staff at Olive Garden and Floyd's Seafood Restaurant. Bill and Lisa were more than helpful and were able to answer any and all questions. Would highly recommend this property for rental and would be more than happy to rent this property in the future.

I stayed in this condo last summer and hated every minute of it. They advertised as Ocean Front and we barely had a view of the ocean. Also, the showers were horrible and no water pressure. The pots and pans were in horrible condition, so anything you tried to cook stuck to the skillet. Also, on the morning of us leaving (we weren't supposed to be checked out yet), there was another family coming right on in. Im sure they weren't happy so come into a dirty condo, no toilet paper, beds unmade, etc. Never again will I stay here.

I don't travel much, so was completely "green" to condo rentals. Bill (the owner) was very helpful--communication was great! We had a large family group that stayed in this condo for the purpose of having a beach wedding. It was a very nice, roomy unit on a really beautiful white beach. From the front balcony, we had a view of the Gulf and the beach. We were a little nervous about how other residents would feel about us taking over a part of the beach for the wedding, but they were very receptive to it. Several people even pulled their chairs close, while others watched from the balcony. It was really nice! There was a variety of stores within a short distance, and a wonderful fishing pier just down the road. Would highly recommend this property to anyone, but especially someone on a budget traveling with a large group. Nice, large unit at a very reasonable price.
