  My family enjoyed a week long stay in your property. There were ten of us, six adults and four children, ages 1, 3, 5, and 7. The condo was spacious including the two balconies where the views were wonderful. The kitchen was very nicely equipped and we cooked four of the seven nights. The bunk bed room was perfect for the children. The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the close walk to the beach and the heated pool every day. We also enjoyed a visit to the air force museum, the wharf at Destin and the outlet mall in Destin. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends and hope to be able to make reservations again next year during our spring break.

  This condo was fabulous! It was very spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Great location, very quiet area perfect for families! Great views from the balcony, short walk to the beach and just the perfect distance away from the city of Destin. I highly recommend staying here!

  We firmly believe we have found the perfect location to get away from the world for a week. Our first time to the island, my wife and I and our 7 kids relaxed and simply enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch just simply watching and listening to the waves. We have never been to a more peaceful setting. The house was perfect for our needs, could not ask for anything more. The shells and sand dollars we found are our treasures and we will look at them fondly remembering when and where we discovered them. We are envious of those that own homes on the island and can go more frequently than we will be able to. In saying that, my wife and I and the kids are already talking about when we may be able to get back to the island . 7 wonderful days on the Island and at the Cloud Nine residence. There are so many things to brag about. I never had to worry if lunch or dinner would be served on time. The kitchen was well equipped. I never felt so relaxed when doing laundry. The outside shower was refreshing after an enjoyable walk to find seashells. Not a sprint. Just a walk. At high tide the sand crabs were entertaining as they looked for food. The blue crabs were easily caught during high tide along the shore. The 2 Large Balconies provided the opportunity for watching the peaceful sunrise or sunset. The 7 teenagers were able to finish their required summer reading and had a lot of fun using the wifi texting and social networking. Everyone should be so fortunate to have this opportunity.   An ideal experienceJune 6, 2011 My family (Goldsteins) were extremely pleased with this condo!! It was very neat and clean with all the amenities from home! It was very cozy and made us feel like we were at home. The owners are great to deal with and called to check on us the first day. They werevery helpful and responsive to our Large Family needs. The location was the best in that we have little ones. We jumped on the elevator and within a few steps we were at the pool ,beach and picnic area. Having movies and games at the condo gave our child entertainment while we needed relaxation. I would recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely stay again!!   5/5 . Ft Walton Beach Spring Break Vacation Condo Guest: Sue(Indianapolis, IN) Date of Stay: 03/26/11 Review Submitted: 04/05/11 This condo was a wonderful and was perfect for our family of 14. The condo was clean and well maintained with plenty of linens and bed space, dishes. Convenient parking, beautiful view of the ocean and beach, condo was supplied with coolers, beach toys and chairs for the beach if needed. Good restaurants were close and I was more than happy with the service and friendliness of the waitresses and staff at Olive Garden and Floyd's Seafood Restaurant. Bill and Lisa were more than helpful and were able to answer any and all questions. Would highly recommend this property for rental and would be more than happy to rent this property in the future.

Your condo exceded our expecatations...very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with everything needed to make our stay comfortable...just like home. This is a great place for a Large families like ours (13) to call home. There are a lot of things to do that is within walking distance on the Island...just minutes from the beach. Even though we didn't use the pool, it certainly looked inviting. I definitely would like to stay in your condo again on our next trip to the area, if available. It is a very good Idea to book early. We booked in feb and almost every thing was already reserved.

  Well we had a large party, and it was a place to sleep, Pool was nice and close to Beach. But very dissatisfied with the Condo. Not as clean as was noted, not enough towels, carpets was dirty, Kitchen was okay, all in all very disappointed in the condition of the Condo. Price was too high and it was no Penthouse or Ocean Front, We had a Side View to the Ocean.

  Owner response: Professionally cleaned after EVERY guest. The cleaning crew is excellent. this is fanatical person who had to call maintenance because they couldnt figure out how to operate the refrigerator.There have been 2-3 complaints out of 100s of guests over the years. The cleaning crew leaves there contact # available to guests. The complainer nerver contacted the cleaning company to take care of the problem ,just complained. 12-15 towels should be enough. Carpets are Professionally steam cleaning aat the beginning of EVERY season (March) Both balconies have gulf and intercoastal views.

  Probably the best priced condo on the market. Priced at or below two bedroom condos. Perfect for large families with it's two balconies and separate guest quarters with it's own balcony. We especially loved the 24 hour sound of the ocean and the great views from either balcony. We really liked the privacy of the condo. I could sit out on either condo in shorts with no one in close sight. I also liked the fact that we are the top floor unit with no one on our right and infrequent stayers on our left. I only heard noise once in two months and that was when the neighbor to the left pounded something on the wall. The Island is very quiet with little traffic compared to other close towns. This condo is a great value.

Our family enjoyed everything about this condo. The views from the balconies were fantastic and we were able to watch the dolphins and there is so much space on the balconies. The condo is updated and very clean. Shawn was very helpful and answered all our question promptly.It is an end unit so it is very quiet. We will definetely stay here again. I would recommend this property to family or friends. 5/5 Awesome views! The owner is also super accomodating and very nice to work with. He made the whole experience go very smoothly. My whole family immensely enjoyed our stay!

  Excellent, September 6, 2009 By Harold Vore (Santa Claus, IN) We stayed with a party of 15. The two units were great. The owner was honest and responsive. All units in the complex are privately owned and well kept. Okaloosa is a great island. Beaches are almost as good as Siesta Key (best in the world). Price is much less. Destin is just far enough to easily get to and get away from. Most of the time, the pictures give a better image than reality. In this case, the pictures do not do this condo full justice. Nicely decorated, very comfortable. I've visited Daytona, Sarasota, Ft. Myers, Jacksonville...overall, this (Ft. Walton) was the best.
