I cannot express enough the amazing time we had staying here. The walk to the beach was nothing, the condo was immaculate, fully furnished and even had items such as beach umbrellas, books, board games and enough kitchen items to cook a five course meal- which we did! The condo is even better than what it says here and the pictures do not do it justice. You will get your money's worth staying at this ocean front palace. We drove from Chicago, and when we arrived in Ft. Myers Beach everything was exactly as the owner had stated and we had no troubles settling in and heading to the beach. Times Square is so close you could walk and many a days were spent watching dolphins frolic in the Gulf as we floated in the gleaming waters. We will be coming back and I suggest if you're looking for somewhere to stay that is entirely perfect--- look no further- here it is!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

The other reviewer's descriptions are spot on. This condo is nicely decorated, well furnished, clean, and spacious for a comparable 2b/2b condo nearby. We stayed here for over a week in July, and were totally satisfied with the accommodations and of the area for shopping and dining. "Times Square" was a short 15 minute walk. Being located at the end of the island and next door to a public park made relaxing easy. If you are looking for a place to decompress, this is the place. The owner was professional and easy to work with. We would rent again.

This was a perfect place for a vacation with children! The beach is beautiful and the pool is very warm. The condo was large and comfortable. We loved the view, and the kitchen was well stocked with essential items (baggies, foil, coffee filters, etc.)left behind from other renters. Our kids ask us daily "when are we going back to the condo!?!". Thank you for a memorable vacation. - The Andreoletti Family

We stayed here the 1st week in April and it was great! It has a wonderful view and a screened in porch that we loved. The condo was very clean and fully furnished. We felt like we were at home. It was a great location, close enough to walk to Times Square or right by the trolley. We defintely hope to come back!! We would highly recommend it to anyone!

We stayed in this condo during the 3rd week in January 2008 and were very pleased. Our first impression was that it was larger than expected, and it is very nicely furnished and decorated. If you like some peace and quiet, the location is excellent - nothing but the sound of the surf. Of course, if you want to be in the middle of all the 'action', the pier is just a short walk down the beach. Overall, we were very happy and would rent it again in a heartbeat.
