The townhome itself is in one of the best locations in the complex. There is a lot to choose from in the Legacy Villas, but this is a single story townhome, the most desirable floor plan with attached 2 car garage. You are connected to one other unit, only.
This townhome is very private snuggled up against the Santa Rosa mountains. Great private patio area with propane BBQ.

Comfortably decorated you instantly feel at home here to relax and enjoy your stay. We have repeat guests because the unit is so nice and reasonably priced.
There are two satellite pools & spas to choose from seconds out of the front door.
