Single Story Townhome - La Quinta Vacation Rental The townhome itself is in one of the best locations in the complex. There is a lot to choose from in the Legacy Villas, but this is a single story townhome, the most desirable floorplan. You are connected to one other unit, only. The Villas are completely different so don't be fooled. Please know that this townhome is very private snuggled up against the Santa Rosa mountains. Comfortably decorated you instantly feel at home here to relax and enjoy your stay. We have repeat guests because the unit is so nice and reasonably priced. There are two satellite pools & spas to choose from seconds out of the front door. A state-of-the-art fitness room with treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and weights. An on-site concierge is available to book any extra curricular activities you may want to explore.
