Year Purchased: 2005
When I first came to PGA National I was amazed at all of the activities that were offered and I loved meeting people from all over the United States, Europe and Canada. A "happy" environment, full of sunny days and many choices of how to fill your time awaits you.
I was pleased to find my unit as it is an end unit with greenery all around and is located in the front of the Golf Villa Community making it quick and easy to get in and out of the complex. My unit had never been used as a rental property previously and was and still is in excellent condition. I purchased a lot of new furnishings and because I am a Realtor in PA., I have the knowledge of how people want to enjoy their vacation time. The apartment is meticulously cleaned, fully furnished and each year I check everything to make sure things match and are in good condition. This is very important to me as referrals are the name of the game! I employ an excellent cleaning service which is available upon request. I service my systems and make sure it is running properly. I hope you enjoy my unit as much as my family does!
Why the Owner Chose Palm Beach Gardens
PGA National has activities for everyone. And I mean everyone! If you love to walk, bike, skate, use the path around the PGA complex. For swimmers there are two community pools and use of the PGA National Hotel and Resort pool for your use. Golfers: Nothing better in South Florida: five outstanding well maintained courses, driving ranges, clinics galore. Tennis: lighted courts,private lessons available. Croquet course, exercise center and classes avaialable plus personal training. If you want to just relax, there is the beach,the pool, my screened in porch, the museums, shopping, fine and casual dining. This is a great location, well cared for ommunity, I cannot rave enough about PGA! Easy to get to all activities and Palm Beach has a wonderful array of activities for everyone.

Amenities to enjoy include easy access as this is a first floor unit, end unit insures more sunlight and view, neutral carpet and furnishings are all in great shape, dishes match, plenty of glassware and utensils, entertaining is easy and there is nothing shabby to use. Two coffee makers, blender for shakes, mixer for baking, everything is clean and ready to go. Full size washer and dryer. Relax on the porch and take some time to enjoy your vacation!
