Year Purchased: 2005
We are empty-nesters who, after living in South Florida for many years, recently moved to Westchester County, NY. Harley works in the utility industry and Nina is in the real estate industry. We have 3 grown children and 1 grandson. We anticipate using our vacation rental properties more often once we are retired. We invite you to rent from us and enjoy the activities and amenities that prompted us to purchase this vacation home to begin with.
Why the Owner Chose Hollywood Beach
Our vacation rental is located less than an hour away from where we lived for over 20 years. It is literally across the street from the beach and the Hollywood Broadwalk. We love the Broward county area, with great restaurants and shopping, some of it within walking distance. Being very active, we enjoy the proximity to all types of recreational activities. Much of our family is still living in the area, and once we retire, we can see ourselves spending much of our time in this place.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Being a small 3 story building makes it easy to go in and out of the unit. Many of our past residents have remarked about how comfortable and home-like it feels to stay here. We have been renting the condo out for a while and have had many delighted residents.
