Can't go wrong renting this condo. You'd be pleasantly surprised when you walk in. It has beautiful views of the bay. I was surprised how large the condo was. It was clean, very well maintained with a nice beach theme decor. The building even had the luggage carts in the garage so you don't even have to carry all the bags up. The owners are nice and super easy to work with. They answered all questions promptly. We had the best family vacation. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

From the moment we entered this condo it was a feeling of being at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated with a shore/beach theme, all with a fantastic view. The community itself offers a feeling of security and the assigned parking spot within the covered garage is a plus, no wondering if a space was going to be there when you return at the end of day. Sunset Island 2011

The owners were wonderful to work with. They went out of our way to make our stay comfortable. The condo itself was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Sunset Island has much to offer; two pools, private beaches, an interactive fountain, gym and the Island Times Cafe on the bay. I would recommend Sunset Island and this great home to anyone interested in an Ocean City Vacation.

My family just recently stayed at the Meil's condo and found the property to be in excellent condition. The view from the balcony is breathtaking at any time during the day or night. My husband and I as well as our three boys had a wonderful time. Even our teenager had a great time! The Meil's condo on Sunset Island is the place to be. We will definitely stay again!!

Wonderful place to stay at. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to spend a week at the beach. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Great view of the bay.The Sunset Island is very clean , there's a nice walking/ jogging path, pool and easy access in and out of the development to the main road ,and many restaurants nearby. Also its within walking distance to the beach without having to drive.

We have stayed in this condo for 5 years now. It is clean, and has the best view in the complex. It is a great value and I would highly recommend staying here.

What a pleasant surprise amidst the hustle & bustle of Ocean City. I've vacationed in Ocean City my whole life & have never come across a more inclusive community than Sunset Island. I vacationed for a week & barely had the need to leave the island. Bayfront, Sunset Island has its' own private clubhouse with restaurant, indoor& outdoor pools, fitness center (although I used the walking trail during this vacation) within the community there are bayfront beaches & natural wild life. This unit in particular, has direct wetlands & bayfront views. The large balcony offers a place to escape. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Definitely going to be my home away from home!

Fantastic Condo, Incredible View and Great Location

My wife and I spent our anniversary weekend at this condo so you can immagine we were looking forward to a special weekend. The place did not disappoint. Each condo has one assigned parking space. We only had one car so we were always guaranteed a parking space but for larger groups, extra spaces abound on the street level though the owner left instructions to only park of areas with clam shells - the parking stickers provided allowed for this. Once inside the first thing we noticed was how spacious and open the place was. The next thing we noticed was how clean and neat the place was. EIther they have very good cleaning services, actually they do, or their other renters were as neat as we were. The place has 3 bedrooms (though we only used the large master bedroom), 2 full baths, a large and comfortable open kitchen and living area. Of course we already kew this from the property description and photos but were not truely prepared for how nice the place actually was. And the 2 non-master bedrooms are comfy and not sardine can sized. Let's talk about the view. The rental photos of the bay is taken from the balcony that spans the bedroom and living room and the real thing was breathtakingly georgous. The bayside beach is within walking distance but not crowded and noisy (well we must say that we were there the weekend before the labor day - begining of summer vacation season). Actually all of the ammenities, pool, exercise center and restaurant were is within a short walking distance. The pool looked great with a cute little island in the center, we did not use the gym so can't say anything about it except from the look of the pool and restaurant it was probably a nice gym. The restaurant was also very good for sandwiches and the likes. The location of Sunset island is pretty much in the middle of the main Ocean City strip which was perfect for us. It was close enough to the main end of the boardwalk that it was not a long drive but far enough that we were not in the middle of the crowd and noise. The location also meant that we were near enough to the shops and restaurants that lined the main road which tended to thinned out the further you got from the main end of the boardwalk. As for returning to this condo. We will definately return again with the kids and grand kids although a quiet anniversay weekend without the kids was very nice too. :)

My husband and I and our family have been going to Ocean City for many years and have stayed all over Ocean City. We loved Sunset Island...there is something there for everyone. This condo had the most beautiful view in the whole complex and was very convenient ( close to the elevator). It was clean decorated nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back next year!

Sunset Island Review

Beautiful views of Bay. There were bay beach areas for kids to explore and play during time away from ocean during the evening in addition to the pools and bay beach. Short walk to beach, beach shops and very short drive to supermarkets and restaurants. Condo was clean, no problems. Nicely decorated. We had 2 adults and 5 kids and loved it. Taking a year off for other plans, but will be back again next year.

Always a Great Experience

I have vacationed several times at this property with friends and family and enjoyed each stay thoroughly! The unit is comfortable, clean, quiet, tastefully decorated and more than large enough to accomodate all travellers in our party (from kids to adults). Plus, the balcony view is AWESOME! Nothing like ending the day (or starting your evening) with your own private view of a bayside sunset! The gated community (a nice touch if you've never been to one) is close enough to all the things Ocean City has to offer, as well as its own first-class amenities. The resort has all you would need for a great vacation right on the premises, and the staff are more than happy to offer their suggestions to you for activities in the area. The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was "as advertised" for our vacation, and did their very best to correct anything that wasn't right. The pictures and description in the listing for this unit are accurrate, but you really have to see it for yourself to appreciate it! I would definately recommend this property to any of my relatives and friends.
