Surrounded by pine and aspen, this beautifully appointed 1,800 plus square foot townhome features three bedrooms and three full baths. It’s equipped with a new 42" Hi-def flat screen TV with Blu-ray player, surround sound, free secured high-speed wireless internet, private hot tub, tons of windows, full-sized laundry, a gas rock fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, gas grill and much more. Guests can easily store ski/snowboard equipment and park a vehicle in the garage. This spacious townhome is conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street and the lifts at the base of Peak 9!

Location

This highly desirable location is a only a 5 minute walk to town with dozens of restaurants & shopping and only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift at Peak 9. If you prefer to ride, the free shuttle bus picks up and drops off right outside the complex and will take you to the lifts and all over town. The Breckenridge ice skating rink is one block across Main Street.

Floor Plan

The master suite is secluded on the upper level for maximum privacy. The large private bathroom boasts a bathtub/shower combo, double sinks, tiled floor, and huge walk-in closet. A king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and Flat Screen TV and DVD player make this a true retreat. Views of peak 9 and 10 are right out the bay window.

On the main level you will find the large dining area with seating for eight, a fully-equipped kitchen which is perfect for entertaining, and a large bar/island with additional seating for four. The large living room with a rock gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, surround sound stereo system, brand new 42" Hi-def flat screen TV w/ Blu-ray / DVD/ CD / MP3 player is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa conveniently hidden in the leather couch which enhances the sleeping capacity of this home. The living room opens onto the redwood deck where the private hot tub is located.

The lower level contains the second and third bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry facility with full-size washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and TV, ideal as a second master suite. The third bedroom sleeps four people with a full size bunk bed on bottom and twin bed on top, along with a separate trundel twin bed, and TV/VCR player. Another full bathroom is located in the hallway just steps away. A pack’n’play crib system with sheet and blanket is also available for one baby if needed.

We stayed over Christmas and New Year and could not have been more comfortable. The property is beautifully furnished with lots of great extras. We really appreciated the kettle and thoughtful Christmas decorations and, of course, the hot tub was ideal after a hard day on the slopes. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family of four in luxury. It is well situated for both the nearby shops and restaurants - and great free bus shuttle - as well as Breckenridge's four ski slopes. Peak 9 is an easy walk away and the bus will take the strain if you wish to go further. The owner could not have been more helpful and quickly answered all queries relating to the property and local facilities. I would certainly recommend this property highly and hope we will be back again very soon
