Very nice ,clean, spacious, well kept home. We had the best time we could have imagined. The owners are very pleasant and respond very quickly. Joe was very helpful and available to help us being just a phone call away. I would not hesitate to make this my vacation destination next time. My son 10yrs. old spent every spare moment in what he called " his favorite pool ever", Needles to say so did I. With so many area attractions the Villa's central location made for short commutes and lots of fun.

We took 3 teenagers for a week's holiday and this house was perfect! The pictures are up-to-date and very clean. The location is right off the I-4 which is really handy and there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. The neighbourhood is very quiet and no backyard neighbours provides extra privacy around the pool.

Christmas Holiday

We came back to Canada December 29. I am back to work now and the family is enjoying our white Christmas weather. Our stay at your great villa couldn't have been more perfect. We had plenty of room and only discovered the 2 extra sofa beds on our last day. Your home was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Everything you could possibly need is there. It was wonderful to be able to come home from the parks and throw a load of laundry in and relax by the pool. The kids loved the pool as much as they enjoyed Disney. There are many, many good restaurants and shopping centres nearby. I wasted some vacation time at the Walmart thinking i was getting a better deal but next time I will stay at the publix and enjoy my time at your home. It is really only a short drive to Disney, Lego land, Air boat rides and Sea world. We loved being slightly south of Orlando and away from the traffic and noise. We would recommend this home and hope to be able to come back again for another stay. The patio BBQ we enjoyed immensely and I am buying the same model once I get time. The outdoor music, wireless Internet and free phone calls to Canada/USA is another great feature of your villa. Joe is a professional and I feel you made an excellent choice picking him to take care of your home away from home. Please feel free to post my comments as I mean every word.

We stayed at the above address in November 2011. The home is lovely, clean and just like the pictures on the website, and the three of us had a great relaxing holiday. We have been many times to Orlando so only did the Universal parks. We spent lots of time at the villa and it was peaceful, and the pool water lovely and warm. I have told the owners that I wouldn't hesitate to book thier home again or recomend it to all my friends and family. The management guy Joe helped whenever we needed it. Thanks again for letting rent your wonderful home.

We really enjoyed our time at your lovely home. The house was probably the nicest we have stayed at!! Very clean and nicely equipped. It was beautiful and much larger than the pictures looked. Plenty of room to spread out and the kids liked having their own bedrooms! The pool and the outside area were fantastic! We all loved spending time in the pool. It was a great size and the perfect place to cool off. It was HOT while we were there. The location was great. Easy access and close to everywhere we like to visit when we are in Florida. We had the chance to meet Joe and found him to be really helpful and a very nice guy. You are lucky to have him. There is only one thing I would change - I would have stayed longer if it were possible. If your home is available on our next visit to Florida, we would love to stay there again!

The vacation home far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we required. In all my travels, it was the best vacation we had staying in a home-with our grand children it was excellent. The five year old learned to swim in the pool which was nice and warm. We highly recommend this properly to anyone. We hope to make a return trip to this home so we could take our other grand son for a trip.

Terrific Experience... For the 2nd Time

Our family of 5 have just returned from our wonderful Orlando vacation in this terrific Grand Reserve villa. The house is immaculate, well appointed, and in a terrific quiet location very convenient to all Orlando-area attractions. The owners and property management are both first rate and easy to work with, though we've had no issues in 2 trips down to this lovely villa. Located in a quiet, gated community within 10-15 minutes to all Disney parks, we have chosen this 4 bedroom villa for our past 2 holiday vacations in Orlando. We intend to come back for a 3rd time in the near future. The heated pool was comfy even when the temp was in the low 40's. Also, there were no noisy neighbors, just some beautiful cranes in the yard one day! That was an unexpected treat. I wish to thank the owners for allowing us to book with them again as we have just had a terrific time on both of our stays in their villa. Tips: There is a Publix Supermarket and a Dunkin Donuts within 3-4 convenient minutes of the home. Also, within just 10 minutes is a Giordano's restaurant, which features a phenomenal Chicago-style stuffed pizza that is sooooo good. Pool heat Dec.-Feb. is a must and worked very well on both of our stays. Tickets can be purchased nearby at Billy Boy's Tickets in Kissimmee for a decent discout over Disney's gate prices. THey can be found online and are Authorized Disney Ticket resellers. They are above board and we have used them to save hundreds over the years. I hope you book here and enjoy your experience as much as we have.

YES! We all LOVED the place! Location was fantastic so central to everywhere we needed to go and Joe pointed us in the direction of all the great places to eat! (we are still busting from a night out at Manny's)?!!.... ooooh we all have gained quite a few pounds to our waistbands as a result of Florida, but all was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing at your great villa; you might just expect to hear from us again to rent in the future!

This house was a wonderful place to stay on our vacation to Florida. It is close to Disney so it was very convenient to take our kids there and there are so many other things to do nearby as well as an abundance of restaurants and grocery stores. The house itself is very clean and spacious. All of the furnishings are comfortable and the pool is a great way to cool off from the hot Florida summer! We came here on a vacation with my brother-in-law, sister-in-law and nephew and it was the pefect size for both families. I am so glad we found this house and we will definitely stay here again if we go back to florida!

I would first like to thank the owners for being so kind and providing quick and easy upfront pricing. However do not expect to put this on a credit card unless you use a PayPal service. Nevertheless, we were pleasantly surprised at how easy and quickly the deal was made. Was a little skeptical at first, because of all the scams you hear about but the owners supplied all the information we needed to find this to legit. WHAT TO EXPECT- screened in pool was great size and right in back of house. has floats, but may want to purchase toys for kids. there is no BBQ grill, so we improvised by purchasing a very compact gas grill from Wal-mart $25. and was very easy to use, and no mess. BUT CAUTION.. there were no tools to put the grill together, but my husband used a very handy pocket tool and it worked great! There are only two TV's with cable. NOT IN THE Bedrooms (brings families together ). Kitchen fully stocked... not goumet stocked, but good enough for vacation. May need to purchase laundering supplies and food all else was available. Maintenance guy was great, called us as soon as we arrived and a few days later to make sure we didnt need anything. Excellent value for the money have recommended and would stay again the next time we are in Florida! BTW, it is close enough to everything without being too close (traffic)

Pool and covered patio the BEST part!

This is a great vacation home. By far the quietest neighborhood we have stayed in. The huge pool deck and covered patio were the best features! Plenty of sun during the day. We loved sitting out on the covered patio late in the evening listening to the sounds of nature from the lagoon. The photos from the website really do not accurately convey the size of this villa--it is much more spacious than it appears in the photos. As we were in town looking to purchase a villa of our own, this home and neighborhood lead us to check out properties for sale in the subdivision--unfortunately nothing met our requirements but we will keep looking! The owner was excellent to work with and quickly responded to all of our emails. As we have stayed in many vacation rentals in this area we have encountered a wide variety of owners and property managers. The property manager was the best we have ever worked with! Very courteous and helpful! When we finally purchase our own villa-we would definitely consider having him manage our property! The villa was clean and generally well maintained with the exception of an ant problem but this is common in Florida! If you are looking for a home base for your vacation in a quiet neighborhood with a fantastic pool and a great price--this is it!
