This beautiful home is located in the heart of Crystal River in a quiet peaceful neighborhood perfect for morning walks or bicycling. The home is on a 1/2 acre lot with mature trees and nice landscaping.
Our dock is located right across the street on a canal with a 5 minute paddle to the main spring to snorkel or even scuba dive with the manatees. Your fishing poles should be ready for freshwater fun or a trip into the Gulf for the big one. If you enjoy the water this is the spot for you. Pick up fresh seafood at the local docks.
If you like to golf there is a golf course located within walking distance with swimming pool and tennis courts. A public beach is right down the road. Boat rentals/ scuba rentals are one block away. If you like to shop the Crystal River mall is right down the road.
