Luxury and quality can be found throughout. Only you can enter your penthouse from the tastefully decorated and modern swift elevator. Security is excellent. Front gate manned 24 hours. Additional gate and entranceway to building and penthouse require personal codes. Wi Fi is included. A double air-conditioned garage is provided for each penthouse rental along with ac storage.
The Grande Phoenician has its own hot tub, swimming pool, and fitness room. In the center of the complex, a huge swimming pool with a giant spa and Tiki bar add to an exceptional resort lifestyle.
A Concierge service will pick up and deliver packages, dry cleaning, suggest local dining spots, night clubs, directions, cultural events and attend to other personal requests. Free computer usage, local and national newspapers, Plasma TV, and coffee are available in the concierge lounge.
The Plantation restaurant offers excellent meals and room service.
All major holidays are cause for special parties with much fun and food. The Floridian Beach Club is available and is situated directly on the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels all provided at no cost. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or enjoy the gentle Gulf waves while the server attends to your drink and food requests. Lounge under the furnished umbrellas and stay later to enjoy the spectacular sunset. A shuttle bus runs frequently and will deposit you there in five minutes or you may drive.
