Where the most interesting and fun neighborhoods all meet, Greenwich Village, Little Italy, the Lower East Side, and the East Village. Only a couple blocks from the West Village. The shops of Soho, the tree lined blocks and boutiques of Nolita and the East Village, the just opened New Museum (which has Bono and David Bowie on its board) is just blocks away, the bars of the Lower East Side, and the best restaurants in the city in the West Village! The subway is at your front door and most of the others are just a couple blocks away!This spot couldn't be easier or more centrally located! Even midtown is only 10 minutes by subway in case you want to stay here on a business trip! Do you want to live where most New Yorker's wish they could live, this is it! This beautiful and very clean one bedroom is perfect for 2 people but has a top of the line aero bed in case you wanted to sleep 4. It is five floors up in an elevator building, so you can find peace and relaxation from your day out in the city. This is a newly renovated apartment with all new furniture and furnishings including a 40inch HiDef flatscreen tv with all the movie channels and hi-speed wifi available. ** This is a private home, and not a hotel. The apartment will be bigger, more beautiful and very clean, but guests need to respect the neighbors and not upset or disturb them as well as the apartment and not abuse it.

$350/night March through June
$400/night May through December
$100 cleaning charge for cleaning upon departure.
$500 security deposit. $50 International processing charge if not US
If booking is cancelled, 90% of deposit will be returned
if re-rented for the same time period.
