This two story, 1650 square foot villa has all of the amenities--decorator furnishings, 3 flat screen TVs, an outside Viking grill, and fully equipped kitchen with every thing including a martini shaker. Both bedrooms are uupstairs. Master bedroom has a king bed, full sitting room and large covered lanai. Large master bath includes separate shower, bath and double sinks. The lanai has two great reading chairs with ottomans for a relaxing afternoon. Second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and attached full bath.
Private back patio off the dining room and with its own grill for after golf drinks and dinner overlooking the golf course. Beautiful pool and gym at the premises plus access to the private beach club. The beach club has great snokeling, a cafe for lunches and pupus, covered chaises and a nice lawn area.
Renters are also entitled to resort rates on the Mauna Lani golf courses. the golf clubhouse and Mauna Lani Hotel and beaches are minutes away. The shops at Mauna Lani are approximately one block away and the Fairmont hotel is also within walking distance. One car attached garage with additional parking. Gated community.

Why the Owner Chose Fairways
We had been coming to the Kohala area since 1983 and played some of our first golf together at the Mauna Kea. Our condo on the Big Island is large enough for us to have company and has access to a great beach clu, fabulous snorkeling, good food and great golf. And you can always sit on the lanai and read a good book!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We go the beach club almost every day, because we love the snorkeling there. It is always clear and mostly very calm. The little cafe has great lunches and its just a relaxing, uncrowded spot. We play a lot of golf on the Mauna Lani golf courses and often drive up to Hawi for dinner at the Bamboo House. We also love the beach side restaurant at the Fairmont which is only a few blocks away and Tommy Bahamas has great food and great sunsets. Our unit is big enought for two couples or a small family and has everything in it so it feels like home--only better!!!

My husband and I have been coming to Hawaii since we were married there in 1983. We are now retired and are very, very happy that we get to go more often. Our condo is very important to us because we use it too and we love the variety of the Big Island, and its sheer size and open spaces.
