This stunning & affordable newly renovated home has air conditioning in the main living area only. There is no A/c in the bedrooms!!!!But there are fans in every room. A fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steels appliances. This house has plenty of space for everyone. A great retreat for just a couple or bring the whole family. Step outside through the classic French doors to a balcony that wraps around the house & have your morning coffee at the table on the balcony. Just kick back & relax. We are just 55 min. away from San Juan airport in the middle of it all away from the crazy city life. We are walking distance to town (Pueblo) where you can find souvenirs, local food, snack & treats and much much more.
Other nearby attractions: -Historic Old San Juan, El Morro fort(can take stunning pictures there)
-Dorado Casinos in Mayaguez on Road #2,
-horse back riding in Isabela (Tropical Trail Rides)
-Fishing (everywhere)

-water park (Las Cascadas)in Aguadilla on Road #2 by the Aguadilla Mall ( call first only open on weekends during a certain period)
-Lechon Asado(roasted pig) with yellow rice & pigeon peas classic Puerto Rican dish on road #2 in Hatillo made usually on the weekends
-Waterfall & River the locals call La Planta in Arecibo tk Hwy #10 to Rt.636 turn right follow road to the end
-Ladies check out the coach store in San Juan, New Coach store at the Primes outlets nearby in Barceloneta

The house is excellent,is well located and has everything you need.Being just 2 minutes from the beach is a bonus,plus with the excellent local food around,it made our trip very pleasurable we will definately be back,thank you to the ownersRecommended for: Adventure seekers.

Great house. No beach, but wonderful convenient location fit my needs. Clean, roomy, and fully kitted out with linens, crockery, clothes washer and A/C. Lounge on the front patio, hang your laundry on the side and admire the lovely tree filled garden on the back. The balcony wraps all the way around. EIGHT people can be comfortably accommodated in the house. One bath means scheduling. It wasn’t a problem for our party of seven. A/C (as stated in the description) is in the living room only. We set one of the many floor fans in the hallway, and the A/C cooled the entire house without any trouble. The house is located in a typical neighborhood. Friendly, helpful neighbors, walk to lots of fast food and shopping. The home owner (Ida Liz) and her (house caretaker) father are SUPER. This house will work well for a family, two couples (two double sleep beds) or any small group. There is only room for ONE car inside the gate. There is plenty of parking on the street but it is not recommended. We had two vehicles and parked both in the driveway leaving the gate open. I really enjoyed my stay there so much that I plan on coming back to Arecibo in February and I plan on staying right there! Not to mention that Ernesto and his wife are the such nice people! During our stay there was an unfortunate event that resulted in a broken main water pipe and the city was out there for 2 days trying to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Well Ernesto brought us 3 big jugs of water and even offered to give us some of our money back so that we can go to a hotel. I thought that was really nice and considerate of him! We stuck it out and it wasn't so bad once the water came back on in the evening!Owner response: Thank You for the great review I am so glad that my parents made your stay so comfortable everyone that stays there has great reviews of the property as well as of my parents. Me and my family(8) spend our vacation at this house,we love it .we felt right at home, very clean ,large rooms,great kitchen,safe and quiet neiborghood. they have eveything you needed,soap ,hairspray,toothpaste etc. Thanks for a wonderfull stay hope to do it again soonRecommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay at this beautiful home was very satisfactory. As a matter fact, the "feeling at home" that we felt while being there was what made our trip so worth while. The house was fashionably trendy, super clean, fully upgraded, very private, well maintained, plenty of linen and kitchen tools. The bedrooms were fascinating and we felt as if we were staying at an exclusive penthouse. I recommend this home to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable stay at a vacation home on the island. The Customer Service we received from the owners was exclusively pleasant.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This Property was empty for about two years. When we saw it we had a vision so we decided to remodel it completely. We love the property it is perfect for our family and we love to share it with yours.

We are centrally located to everything and really close to the pueblo so we can walk to the stores for whatever we need but also we are a 5 minute drive to the beach La Posa del Obispo it is my favorite beach because it is almost like a pool it is perfect for the kids it is one of our favorite places to go.
