We really loved this house and pool. There is plenty of room, well stocked kitchen and laundry facilities, nice people to work with and a pool you can actually swim in. We have rented several other houses in this area over the years but we have never found a property we would rent for a second time. Well, we just found one! This place is great.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

Hi Wineetha: I am happy to have the opportunity to tell you that my family and I had a wonderful holiday in your spacious vacation villa. It was everything we could ask for and more. Our daughter and her family arrived from Colorado to warm Florida weather. They were as delighted as we were upon arrival. The warm pool and bikes were a hit with our grandkids. The villa location is excellent. Close to two great grocery stores and lots of other neat shopping areas. Living our entire lives on an Island we were drawn to Gasperella Island, and to "Widden's Boat Rentals" Our son-in-law rented a boat and we went over to Cabbage Island for lunch. It was fabilous. We even saw two dolphins on our return from the Island. The Kids loved it. We simply loved that little Island Paridise with its eunique shops and restaurants. The beaches are amazing. We rented golf cars and toured the Island. The Arts & Craft shoes on Gasperella Is. and Englewood in March are fabulous. Those two shows are a must for arts & craft seekers. Our daughter and son-in-law discovered the Englewood Recreation Center. They made use of the excersize equipment on several occasions. I even joined my daughter in a Zumba Dance Class. What Fun!! Very reasonable Day Pass rates. I must tell you two things before I close. Your Management Group are excellent, and the lay out of the villa is so suitable for a family. My husband & I were in the master suite and our daughter and her family were in the three bedrooms on the other side. Everyone had their own quiet space. So suitable for our family of six. Thank you for sharing your lovely vacation villa with us. We would not hesitate to recommend it to others, and hopefully we will be able to return before to long. Thanks again. Great Winter Get Away

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, wonderfully equipped home. We were there for the month of February 2009, and in spite of the exceptionally cool weather at that time were able to use the large, beautifully heated pool on all but some exceptionally windy days. We go to Florida every February and it was by far the coolest we have ever experienced. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked at home almost every day. It's a golfers paradise with many affordable courses very close by. It's a nice quiet neighborhood safe for walking and biking. The drive to the beach is 10-15 minutes without the horrendous traffic of other places we have stayed. Overall a great place to get away from winter.

Owner response:Our well equipped and beautifully furnished home in Rotonda west is a great getaway for golfers and for those who love the beach or else just stay at home and relax in the fine neighborhood. The pool faces south west providing sunlight most of the day.

We just want to thank you for having a wonderful home that we could stay at. We enjoyed the whole month and cooked most of the time. You have a great kitchen that is well equipped and a great pantry. The master bedroom was really nice along with the large bathroom and walkin closet. Plenty of room. The pool was great and we used it alot even in February. Very nicely heated. We got to play golf and sightsee and do alot of shopping in Port Charlotte. We found a nice family restaurant called JR Conch, right down the road next to the Library and had a few meals there. Thanks again (we had a great time). John, Pat, Bob and Betsy.

Great House and Experience

We spend 2 weeks in the house in Rotonda. 3 Adults and 4 kids and have been very happy. The house is great with a great layout and a lot of space . All is in wonderful new conditions and we had everything what we needed , towels , some bikes, beach chairs , enough plates and cooking utensils , ice box all the way down to small container for fruit and sandwiches when going to the beach. Our day had the same routine we went every day on an excursion , beach, shopping, to another town did a decent amount of driving but always ended up in the house pool at the end of the day. We did a fair amountof self cooking and this is a perfect house for family and people who love to do day trips to various beaches etc. Please bring a car if possible so you can explore and go on day trips. The local Management company and the owners made sure that we had a agreat time and nothing was missing on this vacation experience. We all loved it ....

Dear Wineetha, We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in your beautiful house.The house easily accommodated our 6 adults and 2 children. We all enjoyed the pool and ate all our meals at poolside. The 3 men liked being within minutes of the golf courses and commented on how well kept the greens were. We found the beaches to be 20 minutes away, by car, but worth the time. Boca Grande was beautiful. The women shopped at the mall at Port Charlotte which was 20 minutes away; we were happy with our purchases. We vacation as a family, every year and have never rented a home that was better equipped in every way. We appreciated the binder that Liz provided with local information. We had a great meal at Nicola's. We would definitely return to this quiet residential area and bring our golfing friends with us. Sharon and Gary Selva

Perfect Florida get-away.Home is very spacious,clean and well furnished. South facing pool provides lots of sun and privacy.
