Great stay in Frisco
Great stay in Frisco
What a great place to stay. Just around the corner from Main Street and a short drive to a variety of ski areas. We had a great time exploring the area.

This was out 4th summer to stay in Frisco, but our first time at this house. We would definitely stay here again. The house was updated with nice furniture, TVs and appliances and was very clean. It had a well stocked kitchen. Lori was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We stayed for 2 weeks. The first week our daughter and grand kids (6 and 4) were with us. The layout was perfect for the 5 of us with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. The 2nd week was just us. Again, a perfect layout. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, so we just used the lower floor Frisco is so nice. We were only 2 blocks from Main Street with shopping and wonderful restaurants. The Walter Byron Park is across the street and down 1/2 block. This was perfect for the kids with its playground and nice big field....just one of many nice playgrounds in Frisco. The bike/walking path was right out our front door...couldn't have been better. Frisco is not a real touristy town, but 10 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 to Vail. After fighting the crowds there, Frisco is a nice little oasis. Dillon or Silverthorne (great outlet center) are 5 minutes away. Almost forgot the lake just at the end of Main Street. Nice marina with boat and kayak rental. It's a beautiful lake. There's a multitude of good fishing spots on the lake and several other small area lakes and streams. Last, but certainly not least...we're from Texas and we were there end of July and 1st part of August. The high while we were there was 72. Need I say more!!

The six of us enjoyed staying in this very comfortable home. The home is just a short walk to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. The Owners were responsive and took care of a small issue we had. We would stay here again.

Spring Break Ski Trip
Spring Break Ski Trip
We enjoyed this home on our recent vacation. The location is excellent, just a short walk (5 minutes) to Main Street eateries and shops. It was well equipped, nicely decorated and clean. We like Frisco because of its central location to many ski resorts. The Owners were easy to work with and were responsive to any questions. The lack of a garage was not a drawback at all. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Place was perfect. Great central location to all of the ski resorts and with in walking distance to great food in Frisco. Would recomend the place to any one. The owers are very nice and easy to work with. The fit and trim of the house is also very nice. The private hot tub was great to relax in after a long day of skiing bumps. The food at 5th Ave in downtown is great as well, and it was a 3 block walk.

Very nice home
Very nice home
We enjoyed staying here very much. All the amenities are very nice. The best part is the room configurations. I took 4 teenage girls and they enjoyed having 2 queen beds in the same room. The kitchen is better equipped than any vacation home I have ever stayed in. Unfortunately, the hot tub maxes out at 104 degrees which really felt more like a warm bath tub than a hot tub. Also, be aware there is a cleaning fee and this is not described in the ad on VRBO.

We just returned from 5 days in Frisco (July). The home is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed having three seperate bathrooms since there were three couples staying together. Great location, nice hot tub! The owners were very accomodating. Wonderful location.

My family enjoyed a great week in Frisco and loved this house! Convenient to downtown Frisco and a short drive to several great ski resorts. The hot tub was also a fantastic way to end the day. We hope to stay there again in the future and would highly recommend it.

About the owner: We are two professionals who own rental properties, although this home is our first "vacation rental" property. We moved to Denver in 2004 and spent 3 years visiting every town and resort area west of Denver in search of the perfect place to buy a mountain home, and then we found Frisco--the search was over! We travel extensively for work and pleasure and have tried to include all the amenities that we ourselves have experienced and loved throughout our travels. We do not use a rental service or a management company - you deal directly with us. We also have great local folks who maintain and upkeep the house and can be available in the case of emergency.
Why the Owner Chose Creekside:
Frisco is the perfect location. It is just slightly over an hour drive from Denver, right off of I-70. Frisco is a small town with all the necessary conveniences, yet it has a quaint "walk around" downtown that is lovely. There are 5 ski resorts between 5 and 30 minutes away.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We are 1 1/2 blocks from the center of downtown Frisco. We have great views of the mountains. We are able to walk to restaurants and stores. Our home is not a typical rental. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated. You will forget that you are in a vacation rental--we have been very thoughtful and gone to great lengths to make sure your stay will be comfortable, enjoyable and memorable.
