All 3 bedrooms are full sized rooms. Both upstairs bedrooms have private access to their own bathrooms. One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a queen bed in an attached den that can be separated by a door for privacy. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and has its own bathroom that is also downstairs (see attached floor plans).
Frisco, CO is approx 1 hour and 15 minutes from DIA Airport and right off of I-70. The charming Frisco downtown is one of the rare ski towns in the US that is still quaint, but yet offers walking distance to many amenities. Main Street is only a two block walk from the house to shopping, great restaurants and bars and liquor store. Within a mile is a major supermarket, Wal-Mart, Starbucks and many ski shops for equipment or rental needs. There is also a Summit Co free ski shuttle bus that services all the local mountains and picks up on Main Street. Frisco is centrally located to all that Summit County has to offer and is truly a four season location.

Why the Owner Chose Creekside
Frisco is the perfect location. It is just slightly over an hour drive from Denver, right off of I-70. Frisco is a small town with all the necessary conveniences, yet it has a quaint "walk around" downtown that is lovely. There are 5 ski resorts between 5 and 30 minutes away.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are 1 1/2 blocks from the center of downtown Frisco. We have great views of the mountains. We are able to walk to restaurants and stores. Our home is not a typical rental. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated. You will forget that you are in a vacation rental--we have been very thoughtful and gone to great lengths to make sure your stay will be comfortable, enjoyable and memorable.

We are two professionals who own rental properties, although this home is our first "vacation rental" property. We moved to Denver in 2004 and spent 3 years visiting every town and resort area west of Denver in search of the perfect place to buy a mountain home, and then we found Frisco--the search was over! We travel extensively for work and pleasure and have tried to include all the amenities that we ourselves have experienced and loved throughout our travels. We do not use a rental service or a management company - you deal directly with us. We also have great local folks who maintain and upkeep the house and can be available in the case of emergency.

We enjoyed staying here very much. All the amenities are very nice. The best part is the room configurations. I took 4 teenage girls and they enjoyed having 2 queen beds in the same room. The kitchen is better equipped than any vacation home I have ever stayed in. Unfortunately, the hot tub maxes out at 104 degrees which really felt more like a warm bath tub than a hot tub. Also, be aware there is a cleaning fee and this is not described in the ad on VRBO.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just returned from 5 days in Frisco (July). The home is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed having three seperate bathrooms since there were three couples staying together. Great location, nice hot tub! The owners were very accomodating. Wonderful location.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family enjoyed a great week in Frisco and loved this house! Convenient to downtown Frisco and a short drive to several great ski resorts. The hot tub was also a fantastic way to end the day. We hope to stay there again in the future and would highly recommend it.

You have a lovely, well decorated home with all the amenities one could ever ask for. It was welcoming and warm. The hot tub was fantastic...we felt like royalty. This just might be the perfect mountain home. It was far more than we expected in a rental. Thank you.
