  We had a wonderful experience working with Anthony! He was very quick to respond to any e-mails or phone calls that we had, from our initial inquiry all the way up to the return of our security deposit the day after we departed. We appreciated that we didn't have to drive to a management company to pick up the keys - instead there was a lockbox on the door, which saved us precious time. The home was beautiful and very clean. We did have to bring our own hair dryers and beach towels for the pool, but everything else we needed was provided, including all bath and bed linens and the kitchen was well-equipped. We did have to purchase our own toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins, but there were plenty of trash bags. There was even a welcome basket filled with coffees, teas, and a couple of muffins. Also included were small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap in each of the bathrooms. There was plenty of information provided about the surrounding area. The location was great! I think it took us about 7 minutes to get onto Disney property and only about a minute to get to the grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, bank, and several restaurant/take out options. There was plenty to do in the home, including video games and a combination pool table/ping pong table, along with the beautiful pool (although I would recommend pool heat for all but the warmest summer months). There were two televisions, one in the living room and one in one of the master bedrooms, both equipped with cable. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thanks again Anthony, we really appreciate your letting us stay in your beautiful home!

  Owner response: Thank you for the great review. A note about the toilet rolls - one roll will be placed in each bathroom prior to each guests arrival. We do expect guests to buy extra beyond that.

  The owner was very pleasant to work with. Deposit refunded within 2 weeks. The home was nice, although the inside needed a good cleaning & a few repairs - stained/spotted carpet and walls, mold by shower doors and on hall shower curtain, down stairs bathroom leaked into bedroom carpet getting a few of our things wet, althought the owner may not even be aware of this. There were 7 of us staying in the home and we only had 4 wash cloths, but decent amount of towels. Again, owner may be depending on cleaning crew to keep supplies updated. We did pay $100 for the pool to be heated, but it kept blowing a fuse, so the pool was only heated 1/2 of our stay. The owner acted quickly to remedy the situation when we notified him. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice pool/patio area. Overall, the home did meet our needs and we did have a relaxing stay. Only 12 minutes from Disney and other attractions close by.

We are scheduling carpet cleaning for next week and will hopefully be repainting the interior of this home later this year as we know it has seen some wear and tear over the last few years.   We enjoyed our stay in the home. Well equiped kitchen, linens and bath towels for the 6 of us. Anthony was great with a couple of problems we had, getting them looked after quickly, the pool heat had shut off and a fellow was there within an hour of my call, and he repaired a towel bar needed in a main bathroom. The home is well maintain. The carpet on the stairs in particular needs to be replaced or a really good steam clean, as it is a heavy traffic area and it shows. Over all the layout of the home is great for couples with bedrooms spread out for privacy, and the lani is great for getting out of the hot sun or if you are a sun lover there is lots of area to enjoy it.

  Thanks for having such a beautiful rental property and for generously providing us with a stroller. All 10 of us, ranging from 3 to 60, had an amazing holiday. The house was exactly like the pictures and description provided. The kitchen was well equipped and we made good use of it over our two week stay. The pool was enjoyed by all especially after a hot day at Disney. The entire property was clean and well maintained, close to Disney and several good golf courses, not to mention shopping. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to holiday in the Orlando area.

  The house was really beautiful and looked just like it did in the pictures! It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for any cooking that we did. The pool was wonderful. Overall it met all of our expectactions and then some. 12 of us stayed in the home and were comfortable. The house is only truly about 15 minutes from disney which was great and it was in a neighborhood that was nice and quiet and very well maintained. Anthony was very helpful answering any of my questions prior to the trip. I hope to stay there again!!

  The description of the home on the website was very accurate. The property was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to friends or relatives. The pool was nice and clean. The TV was sufficient as we really did not watch it except for the weather. The mattresses were comfortable which was important. We have rented a couple homes were the mattresses were terrible. The kitchen was stocked with enough dishes for us as we did not eat in much. I would have liked a little more information on places to eat. There were only a couple places available within a mile or 2 of the house. It would have been nice to know where some other restaurants were located, perhaps within a 10 mile radius. We ate at Chili's once, didn't want fast food, some of the kids didn't like Chinese, so we were left with pizza or sandwiches close by.

Cancellation policy:

Champion Property Services Terms and Conditions 1. Payments: 20% of total is due upon booking with the remainder due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. 2. Refunds: If you cancel within 14(fourteen) days of booking you deposit will be refunded – less 3% charge for processing costs. You may transfer your deposit to another booking with us at no extra charge. Your deposit will not be returned if you cancel after 14(fourteen) days from time of booking. 3. Smoking Policy: There is to be no smoking inside the villa. A fine of $300 will be imposed if this policy is violated. 4. Pets: Pets are not allowed in our homes. 5. Condition of Property: Champion Property Services will maintain the homes in excellent condition, should the home be considered ‘not clean’ by our guests no refund will be given. However we will rectify any issues as a matter of urgency. All appliances are checked periodically to ensure correct operation but no guarantee can be made as to their operation during you stay. 6. Security Deposit: A deposit or Credit Card authorization for $200 dollars will be required upon arrival. The home will be inspected after your departure and if satisfactory your deposit will be returned to you by mail. Any damage should be reported immediately to Champion Property Services. 7. Cleaning: The property will be inspected before your arrival and will be cleaned upon departure. An extra clean is available for an extra fee. All bedrooms will have a second set of linen. 8. Maximum Occupancy: Due to some differences in the homes these are guidelines only. Please check home details for maximum occupancy information 3 bedrooms sleeps maximum of 8 4 bedrooms sleeps maximum of 10 5 bedrooms sleeps maximum of 12 6 bedrooms sleeps maximum of 14 7 bedrooms sleeps maximum of 16 9. Weather/Acts of God No refunds will be issued for things out of our control such as loss of power, damage by weather etc. 10. Furnishings Each home is furnished to a high standard. Each homes inventory will be checked after your departure and a charge will be made if items are missing. This charge will be equal to the cost of replacement plus $25.
