Warm and inviting, this is the perfect home for Large gatherings. Located only a mile and a half past the main entrance to Sunriver Resort, a mile from Besson Park- day use on the Deschutes River, and 17 miles from Mt. Bachelor. This private retreat is situated on a one acre beautifully treed lot. Getting close to Nature has never been easier!
The Deschutes National Forest is your backyard playground giving way to hours of discovery and exploration. Walk, Bike, ATV, and Snowmobile your way through miles of trails. Relax outside on one of the many decks while the kids play on a custom-built wooden Play-Structure or take a dip in the large, private Hot Tub.
The crackling of the 2-story River Rock Fireplace warms the Huge GREAT ROOM while rays of sunshine or a star filled sky are seen through the 2-story wall of windows. A Vermont Castings Wood-Stove warms the equally large 2nd family room area which leads out to one of several oversized decks and to the private Hot Tub.
The window-surrounded dinning room seats 10 with 4 additional seats at the oversized kitchen island. Up to 14 can sleep in total comfort in one of the 4 Bedrooms plus a Loft. There are 3 Master Suites: 1 King, and 2 Queens. The fourth bedroom features 2 sets of Bunks. Large Loft area features 2 Queen beds. There are 3 1/2 Baths.

The house is fabulous. I came over 3000 miles from Fort Lauderdale and it was totally worth it. My friends and I are having a great time. We already have vowed to make this an annual trip.
